What about creator, BGM , MapName etc... Is it the same as before?

Those should be found within the Settings folder itself, not anything contained within it. When you click on the settings folder, you should be able to see the attributes that you've mentioned.

How would I make custom escapee cosmetics? The cosmetics folder inside the Rescue folder is missing.

i dont understand how do i change the Map name any everything?!?!?!?

Press the settings folder, don't go into it. There should be a lot of attributes that you can change in it.
