I have tried these beautiful earrings yet but I’m going to! This is the project I should’ve started with lol but I definitely want to give them a try. Thanks for sharing Gina 🌸
Gina, I am so happy you started this channel, I am somewhat a new beader, I still have alot to learn. I love your other channel, you have allot of beautiful jewelry tutorials that I want to learn how to make but being new it is hard but I am hoping this channel will teach me things that I do not know. So thank you for doing this not just for me but also for those like me who want and desire to make beaded jewelry.
Thank you so much for starting up this beginner channel. I enjoy your videos and am always trying to learn all I can and you are helping to do that. I look forward to more coming our way.
Hi, Gina...thank you for this beginner series! I am subscribed to your intermediate series but am not quite "there" yet. I so appreciate you sharing your skills and knowledge.
So pretty! Is Fire Mountain Beads good to order from or are they expensive? I’m new and haven’t compared prices yet. I understand the concept of buying better quality products, but I don’t know if most places charge about the same price or if some make their price higher. Thank you in advance! 💜
all the bigger supply companies are pretty equal, of course some are cheaper than others. Fire mountain is okay. As long as you buy quality brands, it doesn’t matter what company. Czech beads and Swarovski will always be the same quality, as well as Miyuki and Toho seed beads. Sometime you can find great deals on eBay and Amazon.
I am brand new to beading. Did well until second loop for ear wire. Hold piece with my thumb & pull thread to create proper tension didn't work. Any suggestions?
Thank you so much Gina for your tutorials on video 1 - 5. Am a beginner in beading and I no ideas of all the information you gave in your video. From my country Nigeria in Africa we have seed beads 1 to 3 i.e size 1, size 2 and size 3. I don't know whether they are the same as 11/0 & 15/0. We use fishing line 0.25mm, 0.30mm or 0.35 it depends on what project you're doing. Lastly, am in the State now, where can I shop for these seed beads. Grateful
+Clementina Ogunniyi I am happy the information was useful to you. I think it is important to know the difference in seed beads, I wish I knew when I started. Have fun, enjoy all the beads available to you here in the states.
You're a good instructor. I tried one earring, so far so so. I'm missing a step . I can't get the hanger right. But I love how you teach and explain. Hopefully earring two will be better. LOL
Keep trying, it will come together, then do another set and you will do better, then find something else easy and do that...it just takes a little practice. Soon, you’ll be beading at expert level.
+Donna Campian Yes, unfortunately that is true, but I think if you just watch the stitching and do it without thinking about the angle of view you should be okay.♥️
I have to agree with you Gena . I often watch videos on a left handed beading channel and don't have any problems following it. If you don't over think it
Thank you Valerie for your comment, it can be easy to over think things, but I am just very slow to begin with, so it is a problem I need to work on, and yes, Gina does do some great projects and I am happy she has started the channel for beginners. Donna
Thanks for a nice easy earring pattern. Can’t wait to make these. I only have one problem. None of the craft stores - Michaels, Joann’s, or Hobby Lobby, have bicone crystals! I notice you use them in a lot of your designs. I don’t have a lot of money to spend on beads, so can’t afford the expensive sites. Can a different type of bead work, or does it have to be a bicone so it lays a certain way? Thanks!
GGC's Beginning Beaders thank you. I don’t see any bicones. What would you recommend? I actually got some 4mm ones on Amazon for about nine dollars for 50 each of six or seven colors. I’ve made two pair of your heart earrings with them! Wish I could show you pics.
Jana Hunter you should be able to find bicones in Chinese crystal on that site, you have to select the shape you want. But amazon is a great place to find cheap crystal too.
I have tried these beautiful earrings yet but I’m going to! This is the project I should’ve started with lol but I definitely want to give them a try. Thanks for sharing Gina 🌸

I am brand new to beading. Did well until second loop for ear wire. Hold piece with my thumb & pull thread to create proper tension didn't work. Any suggestions?
Sew through it twice.
I found that as I was working, somehow the thread ended up showing....but I did make two pairs. Thank you....I guess I have to keep practicing.
Dankje moii 🌹💞🌹👏

Thank you Gina for doing this beginners channel, only thing is I am left handed so I will need to do things opposite.

Try Chinese crystals, they are cheap. Go to chinesecrystalbeads.com

I think the 8/0s count is only 24, not 42?
Hmmm, old video, I don’t remember, but that sounds like something I would do...I get things backwards sometimes 🤪
Gina good night l am interested in beading thanks for this beginners channel as soon as I get my beads I will start beading
