  • Scientists say climate change is making torrential rains more frequent around the world. The southern part of Brazil is devastated by persistent rains and floods over the past couple of weeks. Flooding has also hit China and Africa. Dubai had the highest volume of rain since official records began in 1949. #biodiversity #climatechange #extremeweather #flooding #globalwarming

Less concrete and more green spaces with native plants and trees. Remove abandoned buildings and if soil is ok turn em into community gardens. Massive big box stores or old factory’s probably aren’t ok for gardening so if there abandoned turn em into wild life spots fill em with native plants and trees and let it be wild. Plants and trees and good soil reduces flooding and air and ground pollution and they reduce heavy and light metals in the air from cars and removes it from the ground and reduces flooding.
