Milton Hershey School - Student Retention Rate

Milton Hershey School prides itself on providing more than solid academics...there's structure, discipline and work ethic. It's hard to stick to something and see it through, but 2012-13 retention numbers are 89.5%...on par with boarding schools across the nation, which typically don't serve students from pre-K through 12th grade.

When I was there, that was Senior Hall. Catherine Hall was right next to Founder's Hall. I was a student from October 1984 through July 1987. My biggest regret was not going back on that last summer when I turned 12. I thought I knew best and my mom didn't make me return. I really wish I had stayed.

Everyone that leaves regrets it. I know a junior lifer that wants to not return senior year. I'm trying to convince her to stick it out. She will regret it. I pray for her.
