Salaam i find it hard to make basic decisions. Alot of conflicting thoughts take over like my internal compass is being messed with every 5mins. I end up getting distressed and upset. I avoid the situation as it causes me alot of anxiety leaving things last minute. I over think.. get anxious,fear. People avoid me as they find my worries too much to bare....i find it hard to learn,i get confused quickly,struggle to recall retain information. If theres an alternative ruqya i should add apart from this pls let me know. JazakAllahu khair for this channel 🙏

I hear a lot of ruqyah,but i have a problem is not being solved,I do not like anything, I can not fell anything 😢😢😢.even,the smell of something does not change me.I always fell crazy crazy😢😢.I first heard this ruqyah, I 've had Jin problems for 12 years.
Practice faith ..read quran and understand .read salah five times at mosque only. Trust me you will see difference

Education is hard for me and I fail in everything Sheikh what do I do help me God help me and every Islam🕌☪️.
Hear ruqya for memory, studyy, read dua for study, ruqya for concentration...... Dint think othe things, dikr, swalahh.... Talk very little, dua....always.. inshaallaahh.. dont be in tension..okkk. At the time of hearing ruqya use headfone, full volume,, hear completely at once.... Always try to hear completely.. continue this.. close ur eyes, dont affraid if something feel bad in ur body or mind..okk..inshaallaahhh
