Try to read even a little Surat Al-Baqarah daily. If you can actually manage to read the whole surah--preferably in one day, but if not, finish it before 'Asr of the third day. Try to do this regularly with intention of breaking all evil eye, black magic, hasad/envy, possession, etc. Try not to accept any food or drink from them or if you must, sprinkle a bit of water you read over it before eating. And drink again (saying bismiLlah before drinking every time.) I'm sorry your mother also does this to you. After Salah al fajar this verses helps in returning the money, recite it for three days then ask them to give that money back ,in shaa Allah it will help you .

Salam. My step brother whom I share a mom with always intends on hurting me. He abuses me and I also thinks he charms me and mom so that his evil will continue. I see him in my dreams everyday for the passed eight months and he always tries to cause me harm but I fight back. Please help I am tired of seeing him in my dreams.

Earplugs are good but Loudspeakers is better because it's good for the house too.

No , you have to keep on listening even when you fell asleep. The pain will get lower the more you do ruquia, 3ibadat, Zikr and Duaa. May Allah gives you patience and heal you!
