▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
We had a gallon of milk in the refrigerator that was at its expiration date and we needed to use it before it was too late, so we decided to make farmer’s cheese.
Farmer’s cheese is an unripened cheese made by adding an acid to coagulate milk into curds that are then pressed. It can be made from the milk of cows, sheep or goats, with each giving their own texture and flavor.
It is similar and easily substituted in recipes for cottage cheese, ricotta cheese and fetta cheese. It can be used plain or seasoned with salt and herbs. It's great on pizza, in salads and wraps and is perfect for poutine.

The "mystery" cast iron object in the video was called a "Knee Warmer - Nut Cracker" and was used as a leg worn anvil to crack nuts with a small wooden mallet. @stacystepp7914

Ok that cast iron object has us stumped.
I grew up with this and it got a lot of use around the holidays. We’ll give the video a little time and if no one guesses we’ll post what it is 😁
That metal thing looks like a head prop for sleeping or surgery.
Very original guess but no 😁 Not related to sleeping or surgery. We’re going to give the video a few days and then we’ll post the answer if no one guesses correctly.
