Dr Daniel,thanks for your videos. You make so much sense in them and you have inspired many of us a lot. But I must say that the title of this video is very misleading. The title should have been "DON'T USE YOUR FIRST INCOME TO BUY LAND" or " DON'T USE ALL YOUR MONEY TO BUY LAND" because this is exactly the point you are trying to make. Owning land is great but you shouldn't use all your money to buy a land if you don't have the means to utilise or develop the land. That would be tying down money, or as my grandmother would say, " putting your money in jail" 😂
But if you have money,acquire as much land as you can and quickly put them to good use in order to produce more money. I hope you agree with me.

Own a piece of earth by buying land, and trust me, the earth is owned by a few. Buy farmland no matter where the land is. I just bought 50 acres and am into maize farming and maize milling.

@nkombe272 The problem is not when but now when it's still cheap. Farmland in Northern uganda two years ago, a Farmland acres was about 2m, and today it's 4m.

Buy now when it's cheaper then it's will be easy to develop in future have done that at the moment I have 5 plots all of them are 60/60 and I maneged to build 3 houses in 5 years my salary $180 and I make $230 with broiler chickens after 6 weeks I know people differ the way they think.i think I did a good thing to buy when it was cheaper

Everyone has a way of doing stuff, for now I also buy and accumulate when its still cheap, the prices go up everyday. I am going to accumulate these land titles. Being out of the country, am not going to leave my money sit on my account and inflate each day.
it is not obvious that starting a business it will succeed,it can still fail, i think life sometimes has no formula . some people start by buying a land subdivide it, sell it and get alot of money which can make him buy another land very comfortably and start a business
sure. there is no formula. It's about reasoning out the situation and going for the alternatives most likely to bring you success. Not gambling on your life though.

My mentality is in line with this video you've just shared Doc... For me buying land before creating more cash flow will surely cost me alot, a land is just an asset that does not even bring money.
Land is one of the most expensive things most will buy. Hence, it can limit your cash flow. Acquiring land could also mean a high opportunity cost, this can prevent most from leveraging business opportunities. In the long run its a choice between 'security' and opportunities.

Yes Dr. Daniel, I still regret over $5000 i bought a plot just 15 months ago but now even if i want to sell the same plot they still pay me even more way less than i bought it. I wish i took a risk to set up a business.

Dr. I bought a land at a very high price just across my poultry farm. First year I planted corn and ginger and the profit I made was insane almost have of the cost of the land. I am now going to be buying land purposely for farming . Thanks for the video

You are not telling us that buying of land is not good but in business perspective it is be tter to have a business that can bring you cash daily, even if it's on a rented land or house, Than having a plot and finally sell it out on emergency days.
It's better to focus on short term business for survival before going into long term business
