@@mansion1719 Eddie didn’t say anything too bad about anyone in his book, but he DID bury Nash. Writing in his autobiography Cheating Death Stealing Life, Eddie said of Nash:
“Considering how little talent he had in the ring, Nash is one of the most arrogant people Ive ever had the displeasure to know. Hed walk right past you and not acknowledge your presence unless he thought there was something he could get out of you. I dont say this lightly, but I genuinely feel that Nash is evil.”

I hated Nash he was a big goof.
I think Nash is just getting old and his memory isn't what it once was. Even when Nash was razor sharp 10 years ago his memory wasn't the best when it comes to fake wrestling because what was eventful to us as fans, was just another day at work for him. Plus his son passed away so he really doesn't give a shit anymore.
Not to mention all the drugs he took (takes?)

I've heard heard someone retell stories where they're always the coolest, smartest, most badass person. Never lost a fight, never lost an argument, never shows one ounce of self deprecation. Even legit tough guys have some humility, the way Nash talks you would think he was Einstein mixed with Meng on top of pool cue chicken legs

The best Eric would be able to try for, is emotional distress, and he'd just be wasting time and money, on a lawsuit that would go nowhere. His firing of Syxx just to get back at Hall and Nash disqualifies him from any talk of being a man's man. Oh and had Nash touched him, which I wouldn't have blamed him for, I guarantee Bischoff would have sued.
