Since this video was repackaged and sent to me again I'll now comment that imo from a security standpoint this is a terrible design. I would not want the smaller bedrooms on a lower level than the master bedroom because I would want the layout to be that an intruder has to get past me on the lower level to get upstairs to any of the kids.
For my house, I would probably skip out the 2nd floor as well as the wall between the living room and kitchen to make it more spacious. It was a good tour around the house. Gives me nice idea for my future house 👍

I think the design is really good love the outdoor spaces too, but I have a problem with visible washing machines, laundry products, etc. in eating spaces it’s unattractive. And when you take a shower in this bathroom doesn’t the water just go all over the walls floors sink toilet, seems like a big mess

I think it would be better for this design for just 2 bedrooms, 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor with a bathroom/toilet in each floor.
