Not gonna lie, this gives me those star citizen ship commercial vibes. Really cool concept though, I would love to see it, and love even more to fly one, assuming that AI did most of the flying.
Hopefully we see this really soon. Travel by airplane is extremely inefficient when your flight ends up being delayed by 10-12 hours or your flight gets cancelled due to being understaffed. Just a few weeks ago a United Airlines flight cancelled everyone’s flight then called the police to arrest people for loitering for trying to book another flight. Fuck these airline companies. Flying cars will give us freedom and will completely revolutionize the way we travel. With a flying car you are not limited to speed nearly as much as a car so you could fly 200mph and travel from Portland to Seattle in 45 minutes rather than the 3 in a half hour drive by car. This is what I’m looking forward to most. I’ve always dreamed of flying cars since I was a kid and I believe it’s 100% possible, especially with AI getting better and autopilot getting better over time with self driving cars.
Again, there's no noise at all these cars are like the electric cars, they are powered by batteries, not a high engine as planes. Some of them actually have propellers but they make no noise, and even with many cars they make little noise.
This is the future! The Russians also need to start their own developments and launch them in test mode. Whoever is the first to create a tool that is accessible to most people will monopolize the market for aeromachines. Energy companies should contribute to this development, as there will be a large demand for energy, which is what they need. And convenience and comfort for people is obvious!!!
It's not a drone if its manned inside. It's like a helicopter with a pilot that has autopilot. A drone is vehicle without human control, its autonomous.
There are street floating limits and proximity sensors. There could still be real roads where cars just float or magnetic roads that prevented cars from going below or above the permitted. These cars are 10 times safer than our normal cars.
Probably electric or hybrid. All automation is probably the safest option. Looks like a flying zone is a small space(a parking lot for example) that is geo fenced, so not much cost to set it up. If flying mode is all automated a car license would probably suffice.
Are we all going to become pilots then? Sounds awesome to me but how are they not all crashing into each other? Imagine there's be air crashes just like there are on.the road, and birds will be the unfortunate new victims of roadkill..not to be a buzzkill but yeah.. otherwise totally in favour of these
@@mamachatoracle1762 automation. All flying crafts would have dedicated geo fenced air corridors to fly in. Does this mean in the future we can rip up all the roads and replant trees?
