  • You may have seen this gorgeous and spectacular pan cake without oven and worried about making it at home. I will show you that it is very easy to prepare and, on top of that, it is incredibly tasty
    (pancake diameter 20 cm, cake weighing about 1 kg)

      Аз опитах да я направя снощи с 30%, и крема не ми се сгъсти достатъчно, а белия чак се пресече (пребих го). Чудех се днес с маскарпоне ли да опитам да ги стабилизирам или с още шоколад

      @UCBN%F0%9F%98%8AbYkFkZQIbJKoIbfngeIg 30% е нисък процент на масленост, затова не ви се е получил крема. Да, и с маскарпоне ще ви получи стабилен крем, също така може да използвате вместо маскарпоне крем сирене - аз съм го правила със Филаделфия.

      Опитах различни варианти, най-сполучливо ми се получи като добавих втора доза шоколад. Според мен и с 33%сметана трудно ще се получи стабилен крем при тези пропорции на шоколад и сметана, по-добре да се вдигне грамажа на шоколада в крема
