Needless to say the adapter was as bad as a no name bags. It leaked easy a gallon or more on the rack, floor and behind PVC pipe drain lines running along the wall. It was forever to get this up. It finally turned to BlastAway grill cleaner and boiling water to get it clean-ish. Multiple uncut BlastAway mops after. We went back to brand name products after. The owner of this place went to the cheapest, worst cups possible and bobo syrup until cups leaked and that incident of syrup covering multiple tiles. He was saving pennies at best. Yet paid 4-5 people hours to clean the mess while me and another dude were in the weeds. I DO NOT miss the restaurant industry one little bit. I helped out at a buddies place on Saturday night for a few hours. Small spot, chill family crew and really chill customers. I still wouldn't want to go back to the industry. It's a soul crushing industry. The buddies I was helping out are the only place that was a sober-ish place. Just some 🎄 and that's it. (Multiple of them like the Percs back in the day and got clean since) Every other place I managed or worked in had addicts and alcoholics. I worked one place a dude almost died from being so yakked up on a 14 hour shift, went to the after hours when he left and fell out. He had blown an 8 🏀 and a few grams I found out from another dude who was working with him. Boozing was the most popular thing. Everyone was a mess or in AA/NA in my days. I don't miss it even a little.

About 15-20 years ago I went to Town Hall in NYC to see a performance of by the Masters of Indian Percussion. It was one of the most sublime concerts I had ever been to, exploring the forms and rhythms of Indian classical music. Truly an iconic NYC venue. But now the homies and the bozos are going to be there to finally class up the joint. Youse are gonna crush it!
