- As a rider, it’s important to have a comfortable seat for long-distance touring. In this video, you will see how I got my Hero Xpulse 200 seat customized for long-distance touring at Perfect Seats, Andheri. Perfect Seats, Andheri is famous for customizing bike seats are per the biker's needs and requirements. They are famous for their bucket seat which is majorly seen on Royal Enfield Bullets, Classics, Standards, and now on RE Meteor. I'm going to modify my Hero Xpulse 200 seat to Bucket Seat for all-day touring comfort.

Hi. Looks like a neat job. Hope you can do a follow up video 5-6 months later on how the mod is holding up after regular use. I was thinking of doing a similar mod to my XPulse seat. Would be helpful if you could tell how much it has raised the seat height. Since the stock seat is already at my max leg reach.

I'm using this seat for more than a year now. Uploaded this video very late. But yes I'll definitely make a video on long term review of this seat. Talking about the seat height, it increases by 1-2 inches but you get used to it as you ride.

any idea of seat quality on 200T version, is that bike actually good for touring?
Xpulse 200T seat is the same, a bit softer than Xpulse 200. Not much difference though. Instead of 200T go for 200 as they share same engine and specs. Long travel suspension will make touring not comfortable

Mein khud 165 hu. It's a good. Bike thodi heighted hai lekin agar adat pad gayi and skills develop hogaye to koi problem nahi. You can go for it

Thanks. I have already booked 4v x pulse but I kept on holding bcs of narrow seat can be problematic and my mind moving towards to fz x.but now it's stick to the x pulse
@@sagarjamdade5884 fzx is not worth the hype. The comfort you'll get from Xpulse cannot be compared to fzx. You can easily modify the seat but not the suspension and chassis of any bike

This seat is specially customized for long rides and touring. The seat is wide and long enough to keep the rider and pillion more comfortable giving more space. I have done 400kms in a single day and it was very comfy. Covered 830Kms total in 2 days. You can go for it.

This one is made as per my height and weight... Memory foam ya cut in that way.. it's slightly wider and lengthy as well

Yes. This seat sorts issues for both, the rider and the pillion. The pillion is also comfortable during long rides. Have done 400kms in a single day and no complaints. Go for it

Brother, I’ve got the Xpulse 4V which has a softer stock seat, good for City riding, but long rides it’s a pain in the but.. The seat you got done, it is stiffer or softer.. as for Touring it’s recommended to have a slightly stiffer seat. Also at 3k Id rather get the Rally seat from Hero, that way I can have 2 different seats..

You can try the rally seat from Hero. But for short riders the rally seat makes a huge difference in seat height. It's considerably flat to match the tank level. While touring you need full support to your butt and tail bone which rally seat lacks. It's not wide enough to provide you the required comfort. This touring seat is well designed to be wide enough and give support to your tail bone for all day touring comfort. Hence Hero has mentioned it to be rally seat and not touring seat.
