Especially when such a towering personality is being interviewed, it is very much needed to be humble and sincere in eliciting the responses in a sensible way. The gestures like lip biting, unnecessary smiling and laughing aloud while communicating with legendary personalities shows immaturity in communication on the part of interviewer. Please try to avoid such mistakes. Anyways, JP sir has given out wonderful solutions to counter the threat on our economy along with administrative reforms that are to be implemented in future to foster progress in our State.

I'd agree, and the same goes for management positions in the corporate world too. If you know you're not good enough to apply for those manager roles but you still go ahead do it just because you feel the need to prove something to someone, then you're just causing a great deal of suffering to those who will be reporting to you down the line. When there's a better candidate for the role, you should step aside and let him/her take over. How many of us working profesionals do this though?

I believe common man won't get any stake in the development of Amaravathi and any of the other government developed related activities. People will get frustrated if TDP don't play with inclusive development. I'd agree, and the same goes for management positions in the corporate world too. If you know you're not good enough to apply for those manager roles but you still go ahead do it just because you feel the need to prove something to someone, then you're just causing a great deal of suffering to those who will be reporting to you down the line. When there's a better candidate for the role, you should step aside and let him/her take over.

I believe common man won't get any stake in the development of Amaravathi and any of the other government developed related activities. People will get frustrated if TDP don't play with inclusive development.
