    Instant Pot Gluten Free Mac-n-Cheese
    Ingredients
    -4 Cups of Water
    -1 lb Box of Gluten Free Pasta
    -1 Tbsp Dry Mustard
    -1 tsp Hot Sauce
    -2 Tbsp Butter
    -8oz half-n-half or Milk
    -24oz Shredded Cheese (for this I used 8oz Monterrey Jack Cheese and 16oz Sharp Cheddar). I recommend trying a 3 cheese blend of 8oz Sharp Cheddar, 8oz Monterrey Jack, and 8oz Gouda.
    Step 1: Add Water, Mustard, Hot Sauce, and Pasta in Instant Pot
    Step 2: Set Instant Pot to Manual High for 4 Min
    Step 3: Quick Release Pressure
    Step 3.5: If needed drain excess water
    Step 4: Add Butter, Cheese, and Milk
    Step 5: Stir ingredients until Cheese is completely melted
    Serve Immediately!
