I also exercise so likely I eat less than 1200 calories per day. I've been doing this strict dieting for about a month to gain strength and lose weight. I used to be like 210 while at 5'7 which is kinda fat tbh. Now I'm like 183.

I follow a more extreme fasting regimine and its working well. Its caled alternate day fasting. I eat on the weekends and then on tuesday from noon until 6 pm and thursday from noon until 6 pm.

i mean thats just called being in a calorie deficit. people have different ways of achieving this. For me it's smaller protein rich meals with generally 2 unhealthy snacks throughout the day. The snacks make up less than 400 calories so im still in a calorie deficit by the end of the day

An aspect I love about Mediterranean diet is the consumption of legumes, which every time I eat, give me good energy without feeling heavy. And scientifically, lentils are just as good as quinoa and other modern cereals. I always try to eat the Mediterranean diet, mostly doing it locally sourced.
