This is so unnecessary. Why did you have to put a video together on this? Oh yeah because you can't find this information (at time of writing) online anywhere. You are the best! Thank god you make videos about PoT.
Yea the devs should definitely add something in the game to give more clues as to what these mean. Maybe when you press tab and your mouse pops up, you can hover over the icons and get a description to pop up? Idk, but there definitely needs to be something in-game added.

@@juinoxx Yeah for the longest time there was no information at all about buffs and debuffs apart from word of mouth so I spent more time than I like to admit to make that wiki page. Had to go get all the buffs and debuffs to get the icons and everything. Awesome spreading more info about path of titans, appreciate your efforts
@@arivander This is what I expected to be a thing haha. When I first started I was figuring out how to bring the cursor up. Then I was disappointed when I saw you couldn't mouse over the debuff.

glad somebody made this video! thankfully it seems like they'll finally be adding this ingame based on the recent dev blog, but it's been needed since tyrants roar and bark came out at the least (gave us more status effects than the few we had for a very long time)

But why can’t this information be found in the game itself? The login menu or abilities map, something?
For new players it is a little frustrating. You get out of the home cave, get a quest, but then your movement suddenly slows to a crawl before you finish it. You’re not given any explanation, just left vulnerable to baby killers lol
For the longest time I always thought that the healing buff was a poison debuff. Glad I watched this video. I should go to the hot springs more often cuz I always avoided it.

Same here. I saw the Camping Debuff the other day when I was exploring and was so confused at why my dinosaur was so slow. Had no idea why I got it. 😂I don't think I was even in the area that long.
@@arivander 😂 that one got me too! Also when I drank from the hot spring for the first time on Gondwa, I thought I had poisoned myself for a second.
@@brutalisplays LOL yea the mushroom icon is a bit of a weird one to use for a healing buff. I'm hopeful they'll flesh the status icons out a bit more.
@@arivander It used to be the same icon used for poison (eating mushroom).
I managed to get a recording of the Well rested buff, however keep in mind the server I was in had progressive growth(however however, the growth in the server wasn’t much and I was questing the whole time so it worked out anyway)

I don't understand why the the login debuff happens even when we login inside our homecave cave. It's so irritating having to waddle about my cave waiting for this debuff to go away.
What about the blue water icon that appears when you eat squash, roots and nuts?
It gives a small amount of water from the food
Why do i loose growth as sarco in my home cave instead of gaining it
why do i get double home cave buff tho theres the hoke cave buff 2 times at the same time no debuff just buff

With the well rested buff does that mean you passively grow or when your questing its 2x growth speed?
No passive growth unless you’re on a server that has that already. It’s 2x for quest growth

Why can't I change the color of my dinosaur?

It tells me that I need to update the skin but I don't know how.
When you purchase your skin there's 6 colors groups 5 colors in each group for each skin after you purchase the skin you will see something that says upgrade with a 1-5 next to it they cost 150 each so you'll need about 750 extra marks to fully unlock it but you can just use the first from each box til you get them all just select the available ones you have for that skin already

the debuff is the stupidest thing on here esp on log in why? not home cave just log in debuffed so your a sitting duck to toxic players happen be to be near by.............
I learn about this game is no friendly player. They see they kill. Invite group then kill. Can't grow up -_-
Try a different server, or buddy up with someone you know from outside the game itself
