All I have to say right now is whenever I finish watching some of OH and I clock out of the post I think to myself, "I'm so glad to be a 'free~loader'.
Tim, your hair is fine. You say you don't care, but you did about 20 minutes on it. And it was a good 20! You look thin, healthy and tremendously handsome, frankly. Did Douggpound's joke cause an inception situation in your mind? I'm curious about the mask situation at a barber shop. Is that annoying? Does hair get stuck under it? I bet my eyes would water from having to hold back from itching my nose and pissing off the barber. Sorry so sloppy, Ryan
Sorry to be a prick, but a "thumb pick" is just a pick. Picks fit to flick your thick digits into picks. A pick like what Nick uses for rock licks is actually a - plectrum - plectrums make your riffs sound sick, just ask Vic ;)
@@JohnAlexanderiii Yea, I had a feeling in my gut that that's what he or she meant. I don't think any other Geddys exist to be quite frank. Tremendous band.
Looking forward to seeing Glitch in the Matrix. I was raised a christian scientist (like DLH) and they love the matrix cause the theology is totally built around the idea we're essentially living in a simulation (but described in victorian language). it's the one R movie many christian scientists will let their kids see!
wow how weird i just rewatched room 237 yesterday because i randomly decided to re-do my overlook hotel sims build inspired to be fairly accurate by the doc... did not know he was gonna be on today, consciously at least.. .is that a glitch in the matrix? also rewatching it i felt like if anything he was making fun of some of those theories, not endorsing them. but idk i think his intention was neutral like he said.
Room 237 suspiciously doesn't cover the most legit conspiracy take on Stanley Kubrick's work which is Jay Weidner's Kubrick's Odyssey Part I and II. Its a bit old and controversial but if you watch the whole thing, I promise you you'll not feel the same after seeing it.
hm just read the synopsis... i mean i feel like a lot of "psychedelic" movies of that time were trying to do that. kubrick probably did try that in a bit more of a ... idk, 'competent' way... but is this particularly a 'conspiracy' or noteworthy? well, i guess i'll have to watch the whole thing, i'm sure there's more to it than just that.
@@TimHeidecker You are going to hate the beginning because its talks about faking the moon landing video (doesn't exactly mean US never went to the moon but didn't want other countries to see the real thing) but if you bear through it you will see all the correlations between the shining, dr strangelove, space odyssey, and eyes wide shut.
With movies like Stanley Kubrick in it, you can’t lose!
This is one of the best show opens in Office Hours history. Watched it twice and was laughing so hard I was crying both times. Thanks boys.

Excuse me, but I was expecting a major Geddython announcement.
You mean like Geddy Lee from Rush?

@@TimHeidecker Curve ball, don't watch Windtalkers because you are interested in Windtalkers. Windtalkers in name only (WINO).
