First option : Use first home buyer grant ( which will receive free stamp duty and grant about 40k ) but will slow me down to start buying next IP. Also cant really find new home with rational price and good location in adelaide yet. Or keep renting and start buying interstate IP and can growth more but will lost benefit of first home buyer, but have a chance to move on to next IP. I am from Adelaide with a small family with one little daughter. Try to make better decision. Any advice will be very appreciate Todd or any investor. Thanks Sam
