Wow Miller and Harper on the Phillies were both in 3-4 of these clips! Poor guys had a lot of bad calls against them! Kyle Schwarber’s reaction to Angel Hernandez was priceless! Let’s Go Phillies!!! 🙌
@ 2:06 *Stadium is packed with fans from both sides cheering for their favorite team *Music hella loud over the PA *Announcers calling the game over the PA With everything I just named, you can clearly hear batter yell FUCK!!!!!!
I’m convinced that most…if not all…these players that get thrown out of the game know they’ll be tossed and they pitch their little tantrums when they are tired and hot and decide “I’ll just sit over here in the cool shade of the dugout for the rest of the game and draw my paycheck while staying cool”.
MiLB has automated balls and strikes, each team has two pitch call challenges. I’ve been to a lot of MiLB games this year and I personally like challenging balls and strikes. I’m sure we will see it implemented in MLB soon because it seems to work in MiLB.
@ 1:22 I have no doubt the pitch to #27 wqs 100% an out, what makes me even more confident this was a out, by seeing how #27 coach didn't even leave the dugout to yell bitch and scream at the umpire 'no fair mommy, not fair ' to the umpire to support his players. Basically coach knew he was out.
Gotta say that when Scwarber started in on the poster child of Horrible Umpires I thought for sure he was going to Pound Hernandez.. and it occurred to me that the rest of the MLB Players would be willing to pay whatever fine he would've gotten.
12:37 Huh????? What the hell did Burger do here? He absolutely looked disappointed, but he didn’t throw his helmet or bat, nor did he even say anything. I’ve seen guys do worse and stay in the game. Whoever this imo is, he’s in quite a few of these, and he seems a bit soft. 😂
After watching the entire video I was blown away by how many times the pitch was a Strike but the Batter went ahead and argued anyway. I really Enjoy Compilation Videos, but unfortunately the context is lost in the shuffle because it's impossible to include the myriad of horrible calls that led to the players reactions. Great job on what is surely an almost herculean task.
@@rathofturkey I was involved in baseball from little league on up as a player, coach and umpire. Definitely know that it takes a lot of skill, learning, desire, coaching and some luck with Health. The dream of playing in the MLB left me when I saw my first 12 to 6 curve ball! I was playing freshman ball and this kid (he ended up his pro career in single A) had a fastball that You could hear that I actually caught a piece of. He threw 2 straight curves that started up high and ended up at my knees. Got back to the dugout and my coach saw the look on my face and just shook his head. That was a day I'll never forget.
Would adding a jumbo-tron screen by the scoreboards of these stadiums aid and help with the catching and filming home base the whole time so it can and will dial back some of these ejections and umpiring of the batters? From behind the pitcher’s mound and the pitcher himself? If they did something like this, there would be less and less bad calls and much better judgement by the umpires. I like a good ballgame, I do. It’s just that…these games would fare and age much better…with better clarity and perspective.
Not all of these are frustration over that particular pitch. Most are from a bad strike zone over the course of an entire game or ever an entire series.
Home plate umpires have to understand that these players are competitive and want to win and sometimes they just need to turn and walk away and let the player go to The Dugout and go to the next batter or half inning
En las grandes ligas tienen que poner las reglas de que se le pueda dar un batazo a un arbitro, el que ellos canten un lanzamiento y que no se le pueda hacer nada eso no puede ser, son dos hombres iguales.
Despite my concern with certain umpires, it would be disingenuous to argue that a significant number of umpire calls were clear mistakes! I didn’t see any clear Angel Hernandez type blown calls.
Some yes, were not strikes..Most of them were absolutely strikes, just mad because losing or batter struggling that's all.. I also feel umpires should not be so quick to throw player's out the game is intense at times..
That's a good point the umpires seem to get their feelings hurt and then take it out on the players and throw them out the umpires have to show some professionalism
MLB has to hire women umpires and I want to see who will be the first player or manager that will has the cojones to argue with her in the way they argue with the male umpires 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I know a lot of you are arguing that a number of these calls are legitimate, and that’s valid, but that’s not the issue the players have. It’s the inconsistencies of the calls. For example, A batter will have a favorable call that is obviously outside the strike zone and their next at bat, it’s somehow a strike? Remember, these guys are here because their ability to read a ball coming at them at 100 mph and react to it accordingly, is much better than yours, you the Monday morning quarterbacks saying how obvious the calls are.
Again these umpires have soft skin and are thinking that the fans are paying to see them. A good umpire is one that you don’t notice till the end of the game. When you say good game blue!!!!
This is why I can't wait til roboumps behind the plate. Half of these guys don't have a feel for the zone. They struggle and then take it out on the umpire. You won't be able to do that with a roboump
Did you notice how many times Bryce Harper complained ? He and Schwarber are the biggest cry babies in the sport and think they do no wrong. The MLB should throw them out for a minimum of three games and triple their fines !
I love the ones where they argue and it was clearly a strike. lol
Armchair quarterback.
Arguing strikes that were not only strikes, but they even swung at those strikes. Why are you complaining?
The ones that they swung at and argue, they’re complaining about pitches earlier in the at bat
....I learned from an early age that a hitter does not contest balls and strikes
....for the record, they never swing that's the thing
So ignore all the legitimate blown calls to complain about players complaining about a couple of correct calls. Just curious why you choose to focus on those? Is it either 100% bad calls or no bad calls at all?
Not all of them were strikes and these umpires stink
Those batters can say what they want, BUT some of those pitches
were pretty good.
Most of them
I mean that’s kinda the point of the video
Looks like alot of good calls to me. Just hitter frustrations
I think you need a perscription update
@matthoward6130 who asked you? It's called an opinion. And yes. Most of these are correct calls. Some can go 50/50 either way.

Give each side reviews. If the call is right they lose a review. Like tennis.
