It’s really nice that usage of tables is now enabled in MBD. But how are the tables behaving regarding of screen resolution? We tried to use MBD on Creo 8.0. For the tables we found a workaround using proprietary designed symbols, which are applied in flat to screen orientation. But there is a problem with scaling the tables according to screen resolution. If MDB content is created on 4K screen with appropriate table (symbol) size, then the tables (symbols) are overlapping when watched on smaller resolution. If done otherwise (creation on HD resolution display, watching on 4K display), the table (symbol) content is so small that text is not readable. The same problem persists when exported .pvz file is watched with Creo View Express. We didn’t find the way to zoom the flat to screen content to overcome that problem (neither in Creo or Creo View Express). This stopped us to embrace the MBD workflow for entire company and our suppliers, so we’re still working with the drawings… Is Creo 11 any better regarding this issue? Kind regards Jože
Hi dave, This looks exciting! Any chance you have any idea how to do the same on creo 10? If it's not possible, what would your suggestion be for a suitable workaround?

I suggest reaching out to PTC for your issues. I don't have any experience with 4K monitors.
Do you know how or if it is possible to view these new tables in Creo View via a .pvz file?

You can’t do this in Creo 10. This is new functionality in Creo 11.
@@CADPLMGuy oh no :/
Bummer! Can't wait to upgrade then.
Is it possible for me to access the CAD file of the hand?
I am not permitted to share it.
