I don't think I have EVER smiled at a movie more in my life. Or at least at a contemporary film. I smiled so hard and for so long that I came out of the theater with my face hurting and a killer headache. It handles homage absolutely perfectly. The references to other classic musicals aren't shot for shot recreations but just play with the images and aesthetics from the movies they reference. I've been listening to the soundtrack/score non-stop since I saw it on Saturday, and the genius of the music doesn't really hit you until you've listened through it a couple times. The melodies are genius and complement each other perfectly and intertwine with each other from song to song. I can't say enough good things. Fair warning: Bring. Tissues. Extra fair warning: When listening to the soundtrack in public places AFTER seeing the movie... Bring. Tissues.
So, let's see, What the Flick?! loved it, the Schmoes loved it, Chris Stuckmann loved it, The Reel Rejects loved it and the Flick Pick loved it and Peter Travers named it the best movie of the year so...ok, well, I'm sold!
Nope, if a critic score is below 5/10 it gives a "rotten tomato" for the movie. If a critics score is above 5/10, then it gets a "fresh tomato for the movie". The percentage you see on Rottentomatoes is the percentage of reviews that are above 5/10.
HobtheGoblin it's the percentage of the critics that liked the movie, it's pretty black and white. while the other score is the average of all critics on a scale of 1-10
I see, so it's 95% of critics were positive about this movie. Rather than averaging a 95 out of 100 score. I see. Never knew that, and interesting system, but you're right it's atypical next to the 9.7 average score they give in the video.
I haven't been much of a musical person in my adult life, but the fact I ended the year with Sing Street and La La Land, I don't think I can say that anymore. Sing Street has fantastic music from whatever genre and then is a fantastic comedy. if you haven't seen it, even if you hate musicals I'd watch it. La La Land just made me feel every emotion, the ending especially, I also I'm not into romance films but the chemistry of Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone was captivating, believable and relatable in parts. I don't come From L.A., so I didn't really see the "love letter to L.A.", I seen it as a love letter to Classic Hollywood. It was littered with nods to classic movies and musicals. So it's enjoyable for people outside of L.A., because it's not solely about L.A., you don't need to love musicals, but you do need to not hate them to enjoy this film. whereas sing street doesn't feel like a musical, so you could watch it solely for the comedy aspect.
I appreciate the craft that goes into musicals, but I can never get into them just because the style of music they have (showtunes or whatever it's called) just isn't my thing at all. But I still can't wait to see this.
yeah I don't think you need to be into musicals to enjoy it. I don't like them either which is why I hesitated to watch it. It's a good charming movie. I loved the purple twilight scenery mixed with the jazz music which I didn't know I liked until I saw the movie. And Ryan and Emma's chemistry was very genuine.
Nah, I saw this coming a mile away. This is exactly the kind of thing they like, because it's fun and different. You can see the wear of seeing so many movies as a job with their reviews of more serious stuff. And in turn we usually get short changed by a really dreary, lifeless, jaded and nitpicky review of a lot of the serious dramas that others are raving about. Wasn't always like that, but yeah, they're kind of a bummer now
Yeah, I mean, that's understandable to a degree but it just seems like that sort of attitude will only lose them subscriptions and views. Although, I also get wanting to have their own legit reviews and not just pouring verbal glitter on it just for views and subs too. Maybe they should take a few months off and come back refreshed? Maybe then they won't be so dour all the time.
Jackie, Moonlight, Manchester by the Sea, and Arrival are all movies that are deservingly acclaimed. La La Land? Not so much. It's cute. It's fun. It's just not great.
Arrival falls apart in the final third, La La Land is far superior to that and the other movies you listed. Manchester and Moonlight push it, but La La Land ultimately takes the cake.
I saw the film today. Christie is right, they hype doesn't do the film justice. It's my favorite film of the year. The story is simple, but it's told so well and so beautifully. It's such a good movie. Only Moonlight is on par with La La Land. Overall it's been a terrible year for film but I would gladly wait sit through 11 months of crap to eventually get La La Land. Go see it!!!
i usually like WTF but I think they get too passionate here to really go in depth as to why this is supposedly the best film of the year. I thought their reviews for Moonlight and Elle were far more convincing.
So. Fucking. Hyped for this. Finally seeing it tonight. Every other day, a review by a critic I respect comes out saying it's one of the best of the year. E Trailers have been amazing, Emma Stone is life, Whiplash was amazing... need I say more?
Did you love it? Thought it was amazing--perfection! They did such a good job on all aspects--not even just the obvious ones like acting and screenplay, but the themes and use of color. For me, it's between this and "Arrival" for best picture of the year.
politics have played a role in the oscars before, look at the 2008 best actor award - Sean Penn's Harvey Milk was in no way the best performance of that year, but Prop 8 had just passed in california and the academy clearly wanted to make a statement.
Discredit someone and their every opinion for using one buzzword, you're the problem with america right now, it's things like that that will lead to a second civil war, should there be one. The greatest contributor to conflict is the unwillingness or inability to listen.
I saw it at the Savannah Film Festival, but the screen was so far away and the sound wasn't great but i'm excited to see it again on a better screen with great sound
i watched La La Land on wikipedia, i dont actually see movies anymore i just read the plot on wikipedia. its the same thing. funny thing was i couldn't watch The Note Book on wikipedia for the longest time and concluded that since men didn't really watch it as much as women there wasn't any guys around to update that movie, and women wouldn't post the notebook on wikipedia because they actually wanted people to watch the actual film. my opinion.
Nothing racist about it. It just wasn't good. Twelve Years a Slave, Coming to America and Friday were black movies and they were great. Moonlight was just another stereotypical black movie with insert "gay" back story here.
When I saw this movie I was watching it a little disappointed at first. I love musicals and this was like musical for babies but then the love story got rolling and then the Ending of the movie happened. This is the best ending of a movie ever and it makes the movie almost perfect. Go see this movie.
I've only seen it once, and will see it again, and agree with the panel, it's a great movie, but the frequent comparisons to Singin' in the Rain, it's not on the level of that classic. Singing and dancing especially. Yes, Matt says it doesn't matter, but, it's... a... musical, a musical, and nothing's as amazing as a ... I digress. The score is glorious - will be listening to Another Day of Sun and Someone in the Crowd on repeat for the holiday. Read Amy Nicholson's review for a more tempered view, but definitely go see it on the big screen, I'm not praising it as much as WTF did, but this movie is eons better than most of the dreck released this year.
Thanks Matt! There should always be someone who calls Alonso on his BS for every review he does. Far to often he gets caught up on small hang ups that dominate his overall position.
Strangely enough, "This is far from being a chick flick." Marvel movies are more a chick flick than this. I doubt, you will see trendy/lame POP figure to "hipster" the way into your collection.
marvel movies are for geeks and nerds like star wars is. since they're from disney, they're more of the liberal dilemma though. however, this like any musical only appeals to pop listening hipsters prepubescent teenage girls who watch too much MTV. it's a chick flick brah.
UnbelievabIeMontages I'll have to disagree with you. I think it's geared more towards film lovers; people who enjoy well choreographed, visually stunning, well edited films. I am a HUGE Star Wars fan but still found this movie more enjoyable than Rogue One.
I love the movie but I can't express how much it means to hear someone actually mention about Ryan goslings singing and how the dance doesn't hold a candle to gene Kelleys dancing .
ok if you're into musicals (& i aint,) i get it. but from what i've seen so far this looks like one of those critics movies like "the artist", "pitch perfect" or to a small extent 'frozen' that reviewers fawned over but can gyrate on (my &) everybody other adult person's nervs. but it's got that gosling geezer in it, so it might well be substantive, i'll see.
Christy name drops the hell out of LA in movie reviews, she seems very into LA, naming the freeways and local spots, I get the feeling shes not from there, or if she is shes way to impressed with herself for that fact.
Christy. If you read this. Vitamin C. Movie of the year?? It's a 2 team race. Alonzo. QUENTIN. I was thinking the same thing. Both movies were Q.T. influenced.
Huh. I may have to give this a chance after all. I saw a trailer at the theater last month, the one with Gosling singing a ballad, and decided it wasn't for me. In that particular song, at least, Gosling is pretty bad, and I thought it was another bad singer in a singing part (Russel Crowe, Johnny Depp, Meryl Streep, etc.), and if this is what they choose to promote their movie . . I'm one of those who loves musicals, and probably tends to be more harsh as a result. Mediocre to bad singing has ruined many modern movie musicals for me. Sweeney Todd, Les Miserables, Mama Mia. Why not raid Broadway and get good actors who are also good singers?
G. Mitchell I thought the fact that the singing and dancing weren't picture perfect worked here because it makes it more accessible. Also, they're not trying to recreate a beloved Broadway show. This is an original movie with an original score. I'm a hardcore theatre nerd, and this movie is genius.
If money is the only issue then why not see 2 movies one weekend and don't go to the movies on the 23rd? I mean, I don't really care. It's his business. It's no big deal or anything. I was just curious.
I saw this movie a month ago, and.........I just noticed that they showed the end of the movie in the trailer. Fantastic movie! SHAME ON YOU TRAILER!!!
It doesn't matter if the ending is in the trailer, as long as it isn't obvious. The only reason you know the ending's in the trailer is because you saw the movie.
I wanted to love this movie. I really did. I think the cinematography is great, I love the color choices, the songs are wonderful and a delight. But the characters are just kinda there and I prefer when filmmakers take shots at or are at least self-deprecating of Hollywood and their profession; this was a little too self-important, borderline egotistical to me.
I think for nitpicking the idea behind not having the greatest singer/dancer is to show the other side of the picture that they're not the best at what they do and they are just human like everybody.
I really liked this movie, but it was far from perfect. I liked the end, but the rest of the movie never got dark enough to make it as impactful as say the moment in 10 Years.
Seems like Christy doesn't like anything too much these days, unless it's a whimsical comedy, musical, or Disney/Pixar cartoon.. Which is fine, but now that I know that, I'm inclined to take her opinion on thrillers and dramas less serious
Pretty high scores. But I get the feeling that for someone who doesn't live in LA or just live and breathe movies, like many movie critics do, a lot of this movie loses its impact. A lot of movies about movies and actors are like that, actually.
I thought about that when I was watching. I think it manages to transcend that because it's not about actors as much as following your dreams and how life takes you in different paths. It doesn't show the industry as coldly as some movies, like "Don't Think Twice" which came out earlier this year.
I would say the only problem with this movie is the end, it doesn't make any sense for me! why did mia had to marry that man? I can imagine alot of ways to end this movie and they are all better than this. However, I have to admit that the montagu of the end is awesome and over all La La land is definitely the best movie in 2016.
Emma Stone knows how to choose movies that will end being oscars darlings doesn´t she? What a great career she may have (and is having so far). I hope Andrew Garfield follows, cause he deserves it too.
I found it only to be good but nothing amazing. It is charming and daring, but it failed to link me onto its characters from an emotional level. Then again, I am severely in the minority.
what the fuck kind of review is this? calm down. Why are you guys are scared to say anything bad about this? I think this movie is amazing btw, but still you guys are reviewers. Try to be objective? You seem to live in LA and are totally being biased for the stupidest things. I mean I think this is one of the best movies of the year too, but the vocal melodies seem a bit derivative of Disney movies and others, and I did scratch my head at some very minor things in the story. Again, even then it's an amazing movie.
I don't get it. Usually I'm on par with the general WTF consensus, but I can't understand the hype they're giving this film. It's definitely a pretty movie, but I felt nothing while watching this movie. I wouldn't give it more than a 7.
I really wanted to like this movie but I didn't. It was barely a musical. The lighting was weird. And neither one of them can really sing. The final scene was cool but that's about it.
I saw the movie and I want to see it again. The one thing I loved about this movie more than anything is how to takes political correctness out the window. Damien says it is okay for a man to be a man, and woman to be woman. Nobody has to worry about being gender neutral in today's looney leftist utopia.
One of the things I loved about the movie was the complete lack of partisan commentary-- so many movies are punctured by political sniping. This review sure was, at least for me.
A film critic should always be "that guy" no matter what Christy says, or any other person for that matter. Alonso, rewriting your review because it doesn't fit in with the opinion of your peers is blasphemy. Let us read that original draft, at least we know it's honest. And Matt, giving a perfect 10 to a movie you have "small quibbles" with makes no sense. That's what the point system is for.
Here's a weird question: Do you think Christy has kids? I know they've never referenced it directly but for whatever reason I really get a mom-vibe from her. Am I crazy?
Between the mansplaining and white saviour critique, this movie has the most unfair criticism I've come seen since Zero Dark Thirty was wrongly accused of supporting torture
I don't think I have EVER smiled at a movie more in my life. Or at least at a contemporary film. I smiled so hard and for so long that I came out of the theater with my face hurting and a killer headache. It handles homage absolutely perfectly. Fair warning: Bring. Tissues.
Extra fair warning: When listening to the soundtrack in public places AFTER seeing the movie... Bring. Tissues.
Emily Brougher I have not seen it yet looks too...dance and sing like ...I don't know ?
Emily Brougher I legit left the theater on a cloud and with a huge smile. It’s pure magic and has only gotten better with age
I can think of another movie that sticks the landing at the end. Whiplash
Chazelle really knows how to end his films perfectly.
I watched this movie film when it came out in Houston and my god this is one of the best films I've ever seen. It is pure magic.
Seems like Hollywood expecting for Ryan and Emma have a kid together
No.
Chris Darris what???
Too bad her character has a kid with another dude. Ruined the movie for me.
rainbeaux bridge name one thing wrong with the movie... I'm waiting
Phuck Ewe really 😒
Easily the best movie of 2016
So, let's see, What the Flick?! loved it, the Schmoes loved it, Chris Stuckmann loved it, The Reel Rejects loved it and the Flick Pick loved it and Peter Travers named it the best movie of the year so...ok, well, I'm sold!
shouldn't they be comparing their scores to the average rotten tomatoes score instead of the percentage?
consider me ignorant, is the rotten tomatoes score not an average of all their reviews?
Nope, if a critic score is below 5/10 it gives a "rotten tomato" for the movie. If a critics score is above 5/10, then it gets a "fresh tomato for the movie".
The percentage you see on Rottentomatoes is the percentage of reviews that are above 5/10.

HobtheGoblin correct, a movie with a percentage the 90s could avg a 7, while a movie in the 70s could avg the same thing.
My Mother and I frequently get into heated debates about whether Moonlight or La La Land is the superior film. I’m team La La Land
La La Land is so the better movie.
La la land is memorable. It’s the superior movie
"I hate musicals!" Christie's kid knows what's up.
Watch My Fair Lady and The Sound of Music and come back to me. I can recommend a few others.
This one isn't too much like it musical. It's a good blend.
yeah I don't think you need to be into musicals to enjoy it. I don't like them either which is why I hesitated to watch it. It's a good charming movie. I loved the purple twilight scenery mixed with the jazz music which I didn't know I liked until I saw the movie. And Ryan and Emma's chemistry was very genuine.
Wow, almost amazed they all actually Liked a movie lol
Nah, I saw this coming a mile away. This is exactly the kind of thing they like, because it's fun and different. You can see the wear of seeing so many movies as a job with their reviews of more serious stuff. And in turn we usually get short changed by a really dreary, lifeless, jaded and nitpicky review of a lot of the serious dramas that others are raving about.
Steven Byers glad I'm not the only one who thought so. It's way too overrated and should not win best picture
Marcia Segovia Jackie is boring as fuck
Arrival falls apart in the final third, La La Land is far superior to that and the other movies you listed. Manchester and Moonlight push it, but La La Land ultimately takes the cake.
I've been unbelievably hyped for this movie, and then...
"I don't even think that the hype does it justice." -Christy
*W H A T*
Best movie I ever saw
I saw the film today. Christie is right, they hype doesn't do the film justice. It's my favorite film of the year. The story is simple, but it's told so well and so beautifully. It's such a good movie. Only Moonlight is on par with La La Land. Overall it's been a terrible year for film but I would gladly wait sit through 11 months of crap to eventually get La La Land. Go see it!!!
no analysis necessary . this movie makes us feel good. we need that now.
Ben has been clinically depressed since Trump's victory and is on suicide watch... Just my guess.
The whole country is on suicide watch.
Got any ideas on how I can afford a private showing of "La La Land" on the big screen of a local theater?
i usually like WTF but I think they get too passionate here to really go in depth as to why this is supposedly the best film of the year. I thought their reviews for Moonlight and Elle were far more convincing.
FriedEagleMind I think that's the beauty of this movie. It simply wants a reaction rather than super in-depth analysis.
So. Fucking. Hyped for this. Finally seeing it tonight. Every other day, a review by a critic I respect comes out saying it's one of the best of the year. E Trailers have been amazing, Emma Stone is life, Whiplash was amazing... need I say more?
Guy Simchony how was it ?
Did you love it? Thought it was amazing--perfection! They did such a good job on all aspects--not even just the obvious ones like acting and screenplay, but the themes and use of color. For me, it's between this and "Arrival" for best picture of the year.
omi god damn, in the last couple of days I'm seeing loads of backlash! I absolutely loved it, my favorite film of 2016 I've seen
Damien Chazelle knows how to deliver amazing endings
Christy and her political rants
Sudev Sen, triggered again.
What does the election have anything to do with whether this movie wins best picture?
politics have played a role in the oscars before, look at the 2008 best actor award - Sean Penn's Harvey Milk was in no way the best performance of that year, but Prop 8 had just passed in california and the academy clearly wanted to make a statement.
Because it's a feel good movie that might help us forget the horrible results of our ongoing national horror for a few hours.
+michealthemovieman As soon as you call someone a snowflake I know you don't have an original thought in your head.
Discredit someone and their every opinion for using one buzzword, you're the problem with america right now, it's things like that that will lead to a second civil war, should there be one. The greatest contributor to conflict is the unwillingness or inability to listen.
Alexander Forbes
Yep. You're discredited. You're the problem with America.
I saw it at the Savannah Film Festival, but the screen was so far away and the sound wasn't great but i'm excited to see it again on a better screen with great sound
Nice CBLDF t-shirt! And yes, Phineas and Ferb is a great show.
i watched La La Land on wikipedia, i dont actually see movies anymore i just read the plot on wikipedia. its the same thing. funny thing was i couldn't watch The Note Book on wikipedia for the longest time and concluded that since men didn't really watch it as much as women there wasn't any guys around to update that movie, and women wouldn't post the notebook on wikipedia because they actually wanted people to watch the actual film. my opinion.
Will you guys do a review of Moonlight at some point? I hear so many good things about that movie recently and would love to get your views on it
they already have done that
I think Moonlight was over-rated. Just saying. Manchester By The Sea should win, but they'll give it to La La Land because it's filmed in L.A.
Phuck Ewe Racist.
Nothing racist about it. It just wasn't good. Twelve Years a Slave, Coming to America and Friday were black movies and they were great. Moonlight was just another stereotypical black movie with insert "gay" back story here.
The audience in my theater was dead but I was so dancing in my seat and smiling the entire time!
Whiplash was my favourite movie last year, dunno if this is my thing though.
1) Whiplash was 2014
2) don't judge a book by its cover, this thing has heart and charm and is for everyone
How could anyone anywhere judge something that they haven't actually seen? Odd
Yeah me either. Loved Whiplash, this is kinda 'meh' for me.
Rustin Cohle hmm thanks for that, you kind of make me wanna reconsider.
This is not Whiplash but it's pretty good.
When I saw this movie I was watching it a little disappointed at first. It's not everywhere next week, its only in about 50 cities next week. Their site says everywhere January 6th.
I don't know why but somehow i knew this would be Christy's movie of the year
she's a woman. it's click flick, 0/10 for me. i hate chick flicks
Strangely enough, "This is far from being a chick flick." Marvel movies are more a chick flick than this. I doubt, you will see trendy/lame POP figure to "hipster" the way into your collection.

If you look at what's won best picture in the last decade, a lot of them have been about show business, so this one is a shoo-in.
Christy name drops the hell out of LA in movie reviews, she seems very into LA, naming the freeways and local spots, I get the feeling shes not from there, or if she is shes way to impressed with herself for that fact.
according to wikipedia she was born and raised in LA
I have to see it a second time. But the closest theatre that shows it is 40 minutes away and I'm only 14.
Christy. If you read this. Vitamin C. Movie of the year?? It's a 2 team race. Alonzo. QUENTIN. I was thinking the same thing. Both movies were Q.T. influenced.
I'm still crying from this movie
This is the type of film that reminded me why I loved movies. It is truly perfect in my opinion.
Wonder if there's a bias here cause it's in LA.
Dumb question....
Billy Mech
Actually, legitimate. People get stupid over the place they live in.
The God Emperor it films the city spectacularly. it is also brutally honest about the art scene in LA, be it music or movies.
Huh. I may have to give this a chance after all. I saw a trailer at the theater last month, the one with Gosling singing a ballad, and decided it wasn't for me. His singing is fine, none of his pieces demand he belt it out like Emma's do.
Excited to see it, but it won't reach here until the end of the month. Blah.
It sucks that it comes out the same weekend as rogue one, guess I'll have to wait until the 23rd
Any particular reason why you can only see 1 movie per weekend?
+movieman82us Money? Time?
If money is the only issue then why not see 2 movies one weekend and don't go to the movies on the 23rd? I mean, I don't really care. It's his business. It's no big deal or anything. I was just curious.
See two movies this weekend(?)
will Ben be back for the Star Wars Rogue One review?
i love the fanfare that christy gives Alonso
Alonso's shirt game on point
IF the old fogies at What the Flick give less 10/10, then I'm unsubscribing.
Your Subscription lives to see another day.
I saw this movie a month ago, and.........I just noticed that they showed the end of the movie in the trailer. Fantastic movie! SHAME ON YOU TRAILER!!!

I think for nitpicking the idea behind not having the greatest singer/dancer is to show the other side of the picture that they're not the best at what they do and they are just human like everybody.
Is Kristy wearing a key from kingdom hearts around her neck?
to the Carmen Sandiego theme: where in the world is Ben mankiewicz?
9:35 Boom! Alonzo needs ice for that burn!
This movie has good music, is technically amazing, has great choreography. But I felt nothing watching it
Maybe it's because I have never been to LA or because I'm not super huge on musicals, but this one didn't do all that much for me. Well made though.
I loved everything about this movie. This movie gives me life. It will win best picture. Still screening Oscar movies but this one takes the cake.
Well damn, guess I'm gonna see this thing. Gotta break my super hero movie streak sometime.
I really liked this movie, but it was far from perfect. I liked the end, but the rest of the movie never got dark enough to make it as impactful as say the moment in 10 Years.
I keep meaning to watch this! Normally not a fan of musicals, but I have heard so much good about this!
I can't wait for the movie Split
Seems like Christy doesn't like anything too much these days, unless it's a whimsical comedy, musical, or Disney/Pixar cartoon.. Which is fine, but now that I know that, I'm inclined to take her opinion on thrillers and dramas less serious
They gushed over this movie, but completely trashed The Greatest Showman. I don't get it because both were so good.
RUclips just randomly unsubscribed me from this channel, kinda wish I could watch the videos I want to watch, RUclips gods!
I miss Ben too!
Emma Stone knows how to choose movies that will end being oscars darlings doesn´t she? What a great career she may have (and is having so far). I hope Andrew Garfield follows, cause he deserves it too.
Dammit! I have to wait until January for this😯
I found it only to be good but nothing amazing. It is charming and daring, but it failed to link me onto its characters from an emotional level. Then again, I am severely in the minority.
Are you guys going to be doing a best and worst of 2016?
the ending is what actually ruined it for me to be able to say it's a perfect movie. So fucking great tho 4.5/5
I still think Moonlight will take best picture.
An eleven minute review and not one mention of Emma stone.... good work guys!!
what the fuck kind of review is this?
Moonlight or La La Land ?
wish it was wide this weekend smh has to be wide when star wars comes out.
Did they even mention Emma Stone?
I have to wait until star wars on the 16th! to great movies coming out at the same day :(
Why did Alonso praise the "working class" element in this movie but bash it in Manchester?
I wonder what's a ten for Alonso ?
"It was about sort of working class people and their kind of day to day existence." What?!
I really wanted to like this movie but I didn't. It was barely a musical. The lighting was weird. And neither one of them can really sing. The final scene was cool but that's about it.
Alonso is sooo that guy
Why do people say "this is my best movie of the year"? Like what, did you actually make the movie?
Oh look, a movie Alonso actually likes
I saw the movie and I want to see it again. The one thing I loved about this movie more than anything is how to takes political correctness out the window. Damien says it is okay for a man to be a man, and woman to be woman. Nobody has to worry about being gender neutral in today's looney leftist utopia.
I anticipated the review of this.. thanks
One of the things I loved about the movie was the complete lack of partisan commentary-- so many movies are punctured by political sniping. This review sure was, at least for me.
i thought you said moonlight was the best movie of the year
I LOVED THE MOVIE. It's really worth it!
Am I the only one who absolutely hated "whiplash"? So overrated and unrealistic. I'm excited to see this though!!!
I hate this movie. I can't think of a more over hyped movie.
Here's a weird question: Do you think Christy has kids?
I know they've never referenced it directly but for whatever reason I really get a mom-vibe from her. Am I crazy?
Kuupoju She has stated in a few of WTF'S reviews that she has a young son.
Between the mansplaining and white saviour critique, this movie has the most unfair criticism I've come seen since Zero Dark Thirty was wrongly accused of supporting torture
