    Fury is looking lighter and fitter than any fight I’ve seen him since the first wilder fight or even the klitchkov fight. The speed will help but fury can try and outbox usyk like Joshua did. Fury’s physical clinch heavy style is prefect to neutralize usyks speed and angles.

    "Why is he not big enough to beat tyson fury". Because neither of them are nearly as good at clinch fighting where the size plays more of a factor than just sniping from the outside

    • @Byronic19134
      @Byronic19134 3 месяца назад +3

      Yes this is true and a very good point about Fury being a way different animal in the clinch where AJ and DD are not even good at it. But the counter is when has anybody successfully clinched Usyk? Shorter boxers have the leverage and advantage in the clinch as does Usyk being the southpaw he simple has to take a step to his right to avoid Fury clinch. Usyk too smart to let Fury put his weight on him too he’ll just fall and complain he was pushed or something but he’s not going to play that game.

    • @JohnDoe-uc4uu
      @JohnDoe-uc4uu 3 месяца назад +2

      @@Byronic19134 I would argue fury is too good at what he does and he'll barrel in the first rounds to grab and wear on him. But i guess we'll see soon enough

    • @robertjacob8765
      @robertjacob8765 3 месяца назад +3

      @Byronic19134 Shorter fighters are better in clinch? I don't think so. Reach and height has always had it's advantages for clinching. Fury is the best heavyweight clincher because of his height, weight, and reach. In UFC, Jon Jones literally clinches everyone because of his height and reach. Rampage was way stronger than Jones, but Jon controlled him in clinches. Height allows leaning, or dropping the forearm on the head after missed punches to control clinch from there. Reach should be common sense for clinch advantages since one can reach further around the other for more control technique. Fury can stay outside and use his reach to outbox Usyk and bait him in for clinches. Usyk doesn't have a choice but to work for the midrange. Fury can keep stepping back and time stepping in with him for clinching...

    Considering there could be a 50 lb difference in weight between these two on the night, the expectation that this will be a close fight, speaks volumes about Usyk's skillset and determination. In most boxing matches the weight disparity is negligible, or at most 7lbs up to light heavy. If Usyk wins this and becomes two-time undisputed, he will go down in history as one of the all-time great heavyweights.
