Great video, A month ago, my five-year relationship came to an end. I really can't stop thinking about the love of my life, who made the decision to leave me. I've done everything in my power to win him back, but it's all in vain, and I can't imagine my life with anyone else. Really want to change to conscious parenting, but I fear I may have already permanently damaged my child with the old way of parenting e.g . shouting, punising, hitting. I feel so bad even knowing that as a single Mum I did the best I could with the tools I had. My question is, once we switch to CP, will our children be able to heal from all the trauma we have inflicted on them in the past?

It’s never too late :) I’m a 27 year old who was deeply hurt by my parents and the little shifts my own mother has made in the last few years has been noticed and appreciated! Do it for yourself as well as your child- conscious living affects more than child raising. This is how we heal the world 🫶 and your child can heal at any time- I’m just starting on my healing journey in the past two years. And I’m 27! ❤ it will be hard but I cannot encourage you enough. ❤ best of luck to you friend ❤
I agree with Kiya! The relationship between parent and child doesn’t end when the child becomes an adult. I’ve had some many healing conversations with my own parents once I became a parent myself.
