HELLDIVERS 2 | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

Welp, this is a bit awkward in terms of timing. Helldivers 2 has seen nothing but love from the community and unfortunately this week that all turned around, because of the Sony account issue. Good thing I recorded this a few weeks prior with some of my friends who were absolutely adoring the game and had already put in hundreds of hours.
The premise of the game is very simple, but the result in gameplay and feel is great. It takes a co-op shooting game and adds a nice sauce of Starship Troopers into it where you get to fight for democracy! Everything is done satirical and with a big wink towards Starship Troopers as you descend down onto various planets and deal with hordes of bugs and robots. There is no real ending to the game as of this moment, so this game showcases various planets, both enemy types and the different mission types that the game has to offer. The action is very enjoyable and there are plenty of unlockables and great weapons to play around with. The most important part is that gaining resources for new weapons and cosmetics goes at a very steady and honest pace. You never need to play more than 2 or 3 rounds in order to unlock plenty of new goodies for you to enjoy. Some other live service games make that very repetitive or long, but Helldivers 2 does it just right. Its simple but great fun. I hope that it will overcome the drama that its in right now and that all of us together can spread some democracy around the universe!
