I would like to add that before you weld everything up,check the curve at the top of the A post lines up with the curve on the wing top,then work downward.I know from experience when the nearside outrigger was 15mm low and threw everything out.Bugger
They might be the boxiest cars ever but nothing’s quite 90 degrees anywhere It would be nice to do a chassis up blueprint job, but mines 59 now and been ever so slightly off here and there for so long, why worry!

Nice bit of work. Welding Wood makes some pretty nice replacement parts for that area. I made my own new nut plates when I did my pillars.
