    Today we completed our one mile assessment after going for the Military Movement Drill 1 and recovery drill.
    *3 new recovery drill since 2019 call the groin stretch, calve stretch, and hamstring stretch*
    55 days remaining

    So with the top 3 is there a time limit or just done within a reasonable time.
    I was trying to find videos but the ds I found they seem to go super fast.

      It’s on ur time how were the DSL will give u time warning. As long as ur making the attempt n it’s wording is same or similar u will be fine. Best practice is to do it with a peer

    How did you or what did you use for cadence, are the necessary and what platoon were you in?

      I was vanguard and marching cadence I usually go with I hear choppers or steam roller
