Costume designer Lou Eyrich has two Emmys but even she was a little intimidated when she was assigned to dress the fashion icon Lady Gaga for “American Horror Story: Hotel.” Eyrich joined Variety’s Maria Cavassuto to pull back the curtain on The Countess’s dressing room.

Very interesting insight into the retro glamour of the Countess and her wardrobe. The whole series was very rich in style visually and the costumes, especially the period pieces really filled out the whole spectacle. Thanks for inside view with the designer.

Just realized the 'costume designer' just literally took credit for the concept of the glove and the 'diamonds' when she clearrrrrrly was inspired by Daphne Guinness' diamond glove without mentioning or crediting her at all... trash.

I thought ahs hotel was more like a fashion show for lady gaga and the clothes made up for the mediocre acting... there wasn't the depth that Jessica and Sarah bring.
That's my opinion... no one's been killed over me giving my opinion... so before the hate comes... just chill..

I think the problem was the script. Her acting was great in the last two episodes. Jessica is a great actress but she was always playing the same structured character. I am glad she left, she deserves better roles. AHS is a mess now.
