I discovered your videos not too long ago and love them! I’m starting to travel a bit in my early sixties. You should do videos on how you stay in such great shape after 50! I’m almost 62 and it’s a struggle. Do a video on diet and excercise - what you eat and your workout routine 😃
Whew, it would be so different. Now in menopause, I am taking some hrt, do @pahlabfitness on RUclips and Wall pilates 5 times a week for 20+ minutes. Fast 20 hours 4 days a week and am 5'8" and always been exercising. Who knows!

@TravelTipsbyLaurie No, just some trees down from both hurricanes. Coastal NE Florida rarely gets the same severe damage from hurricanes as middle and south Florida. 😊
