Padaro Ln.. lots of beautiful homes in that place. Always pass here (side road) going to santa barbara. A Kutchner bought a place there years ago bordered by a creek. Spectacular property as well...

Ocean veiw aside, can't see why it's 65 Million.
Californian developers are ridiculous. No pool , no spa , non impressive garage , no basketball/tennis court , no movie theatre etc . Plus the house doesn’t seem that old with a regular interior design .This house worth half this price Imo ..and I think I even being generous here . Bring this house to another state and I bet it’s gonna get a more reasonable price .
