Nice vid! I live a block away from there! Embarcadero Nativitas. You can bring food and drinks (liquor included) and yes its recommended cause it gets pricey on the ride... Now it 750/hr
I love this! I'm so glad you two are back in Mexico and Martins family seems so sweet. I definitely want to go on one of these boat rides one day. You guys make it looks so fun. The chamoy on the KFC cup made me laugh. The Best! 💐🌸🌵🇲🇽🥰💞👍🏻
Wow Xochimilco! Saludos to Martin's mom!! Juliana's Spanish gets an A+!! That Sope with Nopal looked delicious! Im surprised nopal hasnt caught on as a healthy trend up here being so nutritious. Xochimilco has always been on my CDMX list. Ive always been interested in its sustainable farms and the infamous island of the dolls! Great vid! "Like"
This was so much fun to watch! Definitely something we missed when we went to Mexico City. But always a reason to come back! Also so great to meet Martin's mom - what a sweet lady. Que les vaya bien 🤗
I loved this! It would’ve been nice to see the process of getting there, I’ve heard that people will try to tell you certain ports are closed and try to redirect your car. It’s just me and my husband and I always saw this as a group activity but I feel like if we just go earlier in the day like you guys did we would love it!
If it’s just you two, going earlier is going to be perfect! Martin and I did that the first time I went and it was perfect. Set your Uber drop off to Nativitas Embarcadero - you won’t run into any problems going to that port :) thanks for the support as always!!
Would you have recommendations on the safest places to stay in Mexico city? Have you stayed in hotels?? If so which one would you suggest in Mexico city??
We loved staying in Coyoacan! It felt super safe :) We stayed in an Airbnb there! The centro area is also good. Hampton Inn & Suites Mexico City - Centro Historico was great!
Oh shucks, thank you!!! I studied it throughout high school and minored in spanish in college. I had the chance to study abroad in chile and mexico as well, and that probably helped me the most to learn!
We stayed in this airbnb, but it was a little hot since there was no air, plus kind of difficult to reach the bed since you need to climb a ladder. www.airbnb.com/rooms/654261007121894211?source_impression_id=p3_1721857635_P3sjuI4qNkqIWmgw

Que hermosas son las mujeres de Estados Unidos la nta saludos desde México
What is going on with the water supply in Mexico City? I keep reading about a water shortage. Do tourists need to worry?
When we were here in April we didn't have any issues, but it really depends on the neighborhood. We were in Coyoacan and the centro.
@@TouristtoLocal Thank you.
Yes and no, is expected to get back to normal shortly you'll be very welcomed
What if you have to us the bathroom
There are bathrooms you can use! Just tell your guide and they can pull over to a place. Just keep in mind you will need to pay to use the bathroom.

Technically yes but some trajineras won't let you, so you need to ask first :)

Tenochtitlan did not feed the empire. The empire fed Tenochtitlan. HUGE difference.
