Evil strange is the most impressive character according to me in the whole what if series i mean who can clash with the thing which is even more dangerous than thanos itself and he also always were the front of guardians of the multiverse. he had literally putted vision ultron on his knees

I liked the part when Kill monger said Stange You know the power of stones we can save our worlds. With all the 6 Stones Doctor Strange could use the them to bring his love back but he didn't because he knew that use of strange will lead to destruction this also shows that Doctor strange learns things from his past.

ArnimaZola still has the mind stone in pocket dimension. Because only five infinity stones were detached which kill monger had and not the mind stone because it was directly connected to vibranium. In future it might become a key point in marvel.

I seen this in slow motion so I found some details that when Dr supreme strange making portal of zombies then firstly come captain America, falcon and hawkye but they killed in episode 5. I think that when Dr strange make portal at that time when they (means captain America, falcon and hawkye ) not fight with winter Soldier , spider man etc.

Answer of 1st question:-
Firstly, Killmonger had 5 stones. Energy output of 5 stones and 6 stone would have drastic difference.
Secondly, Killmonger had Vibranium suit. Vibranium had special ability to absorb Energy. It absorbs energy even better than un-enchanted Uru.
Thirdly, He didn't actually used. He didn't snapped. He didn't used like Ultron. He just had them and he was giving a pep talk. Mean Zola Ultron Vision came and fought for stone.
Fourth, Dr Strange protection spell.
I think why vision didn't use snap is because he wanted to enjoy the distraction and if he would have used the snap it would be too easy and and as we have seen in the earlier episode he wanted a purpose to live his infinite life
