I used to enjoy mowing my lawn when I was home every night from work, I had the time to manage it. Now that I am traveling all week, I have better things to do with my time. I'm getting one.
I absolutely HATE the random patterns of the mower, it would make so much more sense to cut around the edge working to the inside, or straight lines directly across like a human would cut the lawn. Why waste power using GPS to figure out where on the lawn it's cut, just straight efficient lines, get the job done and go back to charging!
It's never good to repeat the lines over and over in your lawn. This is why most people change their pattern while mowing. The randomness of the unit accomplishes that.
It is just me, I prefer romba for vacuuming indoor but cutting grass I like to use lawn mower not automower. Can't give up the happy face of enjoying beautiful lawn after mowing. The days will come we might see robots for making food at home. you just have to feed direction. All good however the love and joy of cooking will be missing
