there no issue with someone leaving the game, monoplay can take a long time until it finish, ppl would stay out interest in the game or just to hang out with them.

I mean yeah, I got a friend who has the same attitude to everything and everyone around him. Recently I stopped playing competitive games with him because according to him I was always wrong. I think it is so important to remember the main purpose of this all which is to have fun.
Tbh it can be very frustrating when someone is bad at the game, doesn't listen to your tips and keep making the same mistakes, especially in a competitive game.
