In my kitchen, Natcho’s are kind of a universal meal, I cook everything, fins, feathers, hoofs, or whatever, on my charcoal grill, or in my stick burner offset smoker, and will use anything leftover for next day meals! I’ve not tried this particular recipe, but I have a pork shoulder in the refrigerator right now and I’m planning on having first, pulled pork sandwiches, then probably Mac&Cheese with a generous amount of pork and other mystery ingredients, a skillet full of Natcho’s with said pork, and then perhaps another round of sandwiches. The authentic flavor of real smoke is hard to beat!
Thank you Mr Kent for posting all your videos. We lost my father this year and I've been spending most Sundays with my mother. Your videos give us great ideas for our lunches!

God bless you from El Paso. From a Yankee born in NJ. People ask me why I moved to West Texas; United States Army. Combat medic, long lineage of military folk. I tell them I'm a Yankee by birth, but a Texan by choice. Seem to fit my beliefs. Loving this recipe and your channel. Going to try it with my cast iron (grandma's) skillet 60+ years seasoning! (she bought it when she came over from Eastern Europe) Worked for Ma Bell. My mom God rest her soul passed it on to me. Albene's momma had a Bertha before she knew she was born. My Great uncles took her wood burner apart to get it out the back door in the 70's. Progress I guess. Still smell that smoky aroma hanging around the holidays. You better have your manners if you were invited for dinner. Me and my 4 brothers and my sister. I still miss you Grandma. Thanks brother for making me smile. Peace.
Thank you cowboy Kent and Shannon for closing out the new year right. Love shenanigans and the way you teach how to prepare meals. As always God bless!🤠👍❤

Happy New Year and may God continue to fill you and yours with all the good ingredients of life and happiness. Best Always, Pamela in Pensacola, Florida P.S. How about a smoked mullet recipe? Yum!
Thank you Kent and Shannon for bringing happiness and yummy outdoor cooking into my life for another year. It's been two years now that I have been watching your channel and there is no other thing I look forward to most than a notification that you have posted another video on youtube. One of my Christmas presents was your latest book, "Faith, Family and the feast" that now sits with "A Taste of Cowboy". I wish you both the best for 2021 and cannot wait for all your videos that will no doubt get me trying to duplicate all the dishes that you so merrily serve up on a weekly basis. Our New Years eve meals were all cooked in cast iron outside last night inspired by yourself. I live in the UK and the neighbours think I'm crazy cooking outdoors on a cold December evening.... Who cares...... BTW, Oklahoma sure does look pretty over your shoulder. As always. Happy and a Blessed New year.
Kent, thanks for not being afraid to share your faith. we do kind of live in scary times I think particularly for most Americans who have an experienced the Great depression but I'm reminded of your video how God did not forsake us during those times I've been praying for America since I was 20 years old. Praying that as Christians we would rise up and not live in fear to share our faith. I think we do live in fear because we're always told to keep it in the church and we're not allowed to share but now we live in a time where we're running ahead of time to share. Kind of obvious. I'm reminded of what God said he's in control of all the evil seeing and unseen
Nachos looked delicious.😋 I love everything about you Kent. And especially everything you said. It touched my heart. Thank you, I needed that. Stay safe . HAPPY NEW YEAR. To you and family. 💋
Well Kent, I must tell you that I've been on a quest for the perfect plate of nachos for most of my life. I'm from and currently live in California, which is prime Mexican food country. I've been to Mexico several times. I've lived in Texas. Nachos are probably my favorite food on earth. Why get all fancy when you can just throw all of that goodness on a platter and dig in? Beef nachos, chicken nachos, carnitas nachos, steak nachos, BBQ brisket nachos, vegetarian nachos (wait, is that sacrilegious?), it's pretty much a blank canvas which is what I love about the dang nachos! Love heat? Throw some in. Cheese junkie? Add more. Lactose intolerant? Well.....you probably shouldn't be eating nachos. Now, I haven't made this recipe but after working as a line cook and chef in the industry, I'm fairly confident that you've nailed it. I'll be making these for a small family New Years gathering tonight and I bet they're gonna be a hit. Wishing you and Shannon a safe, happy, and healthy 2021. God bless.
Your cooking is so down to earth and inspiring. Love the scenery and realness you put out there. Keep it going cowboy... and remember to keep the fire hot!!!
I have to confess that for a split second I was in doubt if it was pure joy or if he possibly overdid it with the good hot stuff and the jalapenos got him. But na, impossible, must have been joy.

RUclips is definitely spying on me lol, hubby and I just had nachos the other night for dinner, but we were talking about them first and then I see this video in my recommendations lmfao.
This looks wonderful for younger folks. My husband and I would be suffering heart burn with all those peppers and red pepper flakes. I might modify this, but you are a talented and entertaining cook.
Thanks Kent and Shan for making a tough year a little more easy for us all. Watching your videos this year helped us greatly both making us happier and of course learning to cook new things different ways! Here’s to a good 2021! May we all get back to work and family and friends and the things we love in 2021. Stay safe. Stay healthy!

Thank you Kent ! 🫡
God bless you & your family! 🙏🏾❤️
Pressed like first then watched the video. Now I’m hungry.😁
Happy new year to you Johnny and thanks for watching
Peace.
True Oklahoma goodness is right!!!!
Thank God for people like you Mr. Rollins sharing joy and gratitude via your "apetite-driving" videos. Best regards from Czech Republic

Cheers and many thanks Kent Rollins and BRIDE for all the goodness and flavor we have enjoyed in all your recipes. Happy New Year and may God continue to fill you and yours with all the good ingredients of life and happiness. Best Always, Pamela in Pensacola, Florida
P.S. How about a smoked mullet recipe? Yum!
you two are a hoot. thanks for blessing my 2020 with some happiness 💕🙌
Our pleasure!
Holy smokes! That looks amazing!
Kent, thanks for not being afraid to share your faith.
we do kind of live in scary times I think particularly for most Americans who have an experienced the Great depression but I'm reminded of your video how God did not forsake us during those times
I've been praying for America since I was 20 years old.
Thanks Meg and God bless you
Nachos looked delicious.😋 I love everything about you Kent. And especially everything you said. It touched my heart. Thank you, I needed that. Stay safe . HAPPY NEW YEAR. To you and family. 💋

Thanks so much
Thank you for the little sparks of happiness (and good eats!) you bring to all of our lives.
God Bless you Kent and Shan (and Beag and Duke!!).
the most delicious nachos i've ever seen, so good
Well Kent, I must tell you that I've been on a quest for the perfect plate of nachos for most of my life. God bless.
Thanks Bill and I hope everyone enjoys
Mmmmmm I can smell it now! Definitely having this for dinner tonight! 😋🤠👍
Hope you enjoy
Oh it was awesome!
Your cooking is so down to earth and inspiring. Love the scenery and realness you put out there. Keep it going cowboy... and remember to keep the fire hot!!!
Will do, Thanks for watching
I thought I was the only one at dance like that when eating nachos
I have to confess that for a split second I was in doubt if it was pure joy or if he possibly overdid it with the good hot stuff and the jalapenos got him. But na, impossible, must have been joy.
Good job your show is great I watch it all the time. I retired 33 LE and have been going through some serious health issues your show makes the day go buy. And I just love all of your recipes keep up the good work.
RUclips is definitely spying on me lol, hubby and I just had nachos the other night for dinner, but we were talking about them first and then I see this video in my recommendations lmfao.
I am hooked on your videos Mr. Kent Rollins. We need more men like you in this world.
Thanks for watching

Happy new year to you Norma and thanks for watching
This looks wonderful for younger folks. My husband and I would be suffering heart burn with all those peppers and red pepper flakes. I might modify this, but you are a talented and entertaining cook.
Thanks Sherry and Happy New Year to you
Hot damn that is beautiful!
Thanks and Happy New Year to you
All right perfect now just hand that through the screen to me 🤤😀👍
God bless you and your family, Kent! Thanks so much for bringing all the yummy goodness to your viewers. And congrats on your milestone this year!!
Thanks so much
That looks like the COVID vaccine right there!
Always cracks me up to hear people freak out about not having taco seasoning. I just break out the mortar and pestle and grind up my own with cumin, coriander, chili flake , chipotle powder, pepper and sometimes oregano
