I did it. I’m so excited. I bought blue masa. They weren’t perfect but my mom who has dementia and is brutally honest said they were the best part of the meal. Thank so much for taking the fear out of cooking. I can cook and I cook from scratch but Mexican food was scary. It’s not my heritage and so i didn’t grow up seeing these things made. You are so good at explaining to dummies like me. Describing what you see and feel and smell is so helpful. Recipes give measurements but that’s only have the battle. Again thank you. You rock.

Whaaat, u didn’t know I was supposed to knead the dough. I use Bobs Redmill and it says just mix and let sit 30 min. I’m going to start kneading now!

Now i know what I was doing wrong,i want using hot water or adding the right amount, they would stick so bad on the press and wouldn't cook right
