She told him what tempura is and what it means, and offered to cook some for him for dinner while she washed his clothe. He actually also goes back and remembers the old lady's kind words to him on the spider mountain, so she left an impression of kindness on him... So much like how Tanjiro gets his repetive guiding light power from his memory of his family and rengoku's words, inosuke's thinking of tempura because of the old lady i think (and his love of food too), and zenitsu...welll... zenitsu is a separate story.
Obligatory mention of the author’s note: Sayo was trying to blame the demon, but she was obviously distraught and there was no demon corpse, so the guards and Gyomei both misinterpreted her. She lives with immense guilt over how her miscommunication affected Gyomei an desperately wants to apologize to him.

The scene of Muzan walking towards the mansion was like wow. When I first saw it, I was reminded of the outro because the background seemed familiar and the way it blended in just wow. I really liked the outro music so it was a treat for me
Tempura is Inosuke's favorite food. So he tries to motivate himself when he pushes the boulder. Something in the line of.....I won't eat Tempura again unless I move this boulder.

@@justmevoid2509 yeah, like the "important" scene is the one of Muzan arriving before the ED. the next scene is just an extension of the ending, that's why it was soo dragged out. it's just an extra. imo it was great.
I fear for the human race.....When people start to lack critical thinking or memory. What is Tempura? They mentioned this a lot and if you watch anime or even care about japanese culture, you should know that it is battered fish or prawn that is fried in a variety of different ways. Could be vegetables too in some cases. Inosuke is using his favorite food as motivation....A classic Inosuke thing to do.
We know what tempura is, that’s not what we were questioning during that scene. Inosuke has had many crazy nicknames for Tanjiro, so momentarily we thought maybe that was the case here. Which it wasn’t. That’s it 🤷🏻♂️

Or is it just for views? You also did not notice the necklace from Season 1 episode 17 in Gyomei's backstory. It carries great importance, the rest would be spoiler. So sorry if I sound demeaning.
