- The war between the states was over but the emotional pains on both sides were still raw in Southwest Missouri. Lawlessness from bushwackers to thieves were just about an everyday occurrence in the 1880's. Surviving on any given day was a lot less than certain. It was hard for a lawman to cover 600 square miles in just in his county alone. The true story about the winds of change coming in Taney County, Missouri, all through the efforts of one man that grew to be a thousand men on horseback that would become known from New York City to Europe. They were known as...BALDKNOBBERS!

Good movie
This movie is better than any of the garbage Hollywood/Pedowood has been putting out for decades. Respectfully, we need to back people like this who are willing to provide movies that do not promote the agenda of destroying what our founders created for everyone in the United States of America. I ask you to praise and support those who are doing something to make America great again and promote Christian culture, American Christian Culture.
As an Italian I noticed that the movie was so sentimental, at least the actors gave me this impression. I always thought Americans were tough people who do not cry or complain even in a life or death situation, because they have a strong biblical faith in Jesus

You tried to learn who Americans are? We are still learning because we have at least 20 different cultures depending where you go. Many states have 2 distinct cultural groups within one state. The culture you are referring to is basically cowboy / ranching culture, which occurs in several states.
This movie explains one type of southern culture. Not western cowboy. Even though they are ridding horses.

I watched five minutes before realising I'd tried to watch it a while ago and failed. Failed again!

This was a very good story sure the acting was a little 'forced' but you know just set that aside and enjoy it well worth the 2 1/2 hours you wont regret it,,,,

This was to be a true stoty. Frank and jessy James did not die like that. I have watched many western movies and I've niver seen the likes of this. The actors in this movie were the worst I've ever seen. I stopwatching half way through it.
Being English, the title uses words that are quite rude in my language!!
Well, the story is as old as the ages. When you try to become law, the lines blur. Your justice becomes your epitaph…….

Damn good story from a very interesting time in our country's history. However...the actors portraying those historical figures in that storyline cannot act worth a sh*t. Could've been a good film. Forget B list celebrities.. Horribly bad acting makes this movie well below a D grade picture. Rated F, as far as I can see. A complete and total waste of time to watch this crap.
