After the upgrade, how can one install the OS in the newly replaced 2.5 inch SSD? Also can we choose which SSD 2.5 or Nvme as a primary bootable drive?
shubham maske Hello! You can install the operating system in the Nvme or 2.5 ". You need a Windows 10 created on a DVD or USB. Enter the usb turn on the notebook and press the enter key and then f12 to choose the usb. Finally, follow the steps of installing the operating system and choose the destination hard drive. The reason is i did the same purchase few months ago from laptopscreen website but the screen i received could not match for all 4 screws but rather just 2 (defected screen or maybe fru incompatibility?) and multiple light bleeding points.
I have a thinkpad E480. It has inbuilt 4gb ram 2400mhz. I wanted to increase memory, i bought new similar config ram of 8gb and inserted in second slot. I packed everything and press start button. A musical sound is coming for 1 second. And nothing happens. No screen. Again I removed 8gb ram and started laptop. Nothing appearing on screeen, infact nothing happening. :(
@@Kyuksek I was actually wrong. He uses a SSD that has a socket used only with SATA but IT ACTUALLY IS PCIe! Don't know why that is. Yes it's possible to use SSD with SATA interface in PCIe M.2 slot.

Can Daban Lenovo E480 comes with graphics processor (INTEL UHD grafic 650) and some models have the AMD RX550. If your E480 has only Intel graphics, it is inside the processor but if you have the RX550 it is next to the processor.
