This truly help me at night, I have problem sleeping at night, if I do fall asleep and the slightest sound that would wake me up, I have a trouble time falling back to sleep, I would be up all night, until I start watching this channel I start finding myself going to sleep and it's a good feeling knowing that I can sleep just watching someone scratching another person dandruff, it's just amazing how I just sleep like a baby.
