I love this device! The only thing is it was a bit too much for my skin twice a day with the booster mode and I won't be doing the booster mode or any of the other modes (except maybe airshot) on my neck anymore because it made my traps and sternamastoids tense up for a couple of weeks. I'm in Australia but I ordered it from a korean website called coscorea :) Another thing I found is the EMS and micro current feel waaay stronger on this than anything like nuface or my mojia device.
I recently purchased this, still waiting for it to ship! Can't wait to use it. Got off and on birth control and my hormones are out of whack all of a sudden. Breaking out like i never have. I only got the collagen jelly cream so i need to do research on products for my skin because i didn't have acne problems before

@@TJTutorials I've only used it for a week, so hard to tell. But my skin definitely feels different already. Weird to say, but firmer, like it has a harder structure.
Also, I love the design and the fact it comes from one of the most iconic electronics companies.
There's a suggested use in a form of a weekly plan in the manual to rotate between different modes throughout the week.

Hi. I bought the device and initially when I started it. All the mode felt the same. (That pulsing micro needling feel) but after 1 week it stop working or functioned like how I started. So I texted the help chat and they told me air shot mode shld not touch the skin. And when I tried it, it was totally different feel. There was burnt smell and like static and electric feel. Is it suppose to feel that way? When the device "failed" me all the modes felt different. The green light mode also stopped working. There wasn't any pulsing feeling.

Hi TJ, when I turn on the device there is a quick flashing light in the center (not sure if that is normal). Also at one point there is no pressure after it fully charge but after a few hours wait the device functions again. Is this mean the device is defect? Anyone has the same experience? I’m not sure what to do at this point. Not sure if I should send it back to medicube or keep it. Any advice would be appreciated. 😊 also is there a proper way to charge the device? Does the device need to be in a horizontal when charge? For how long does it should stay charge? How to clean it ? Trying to ask medicube these questions but no respond. 😢appreciate the if you could help.
What are the specs on the micro current? The original Foreo Bear has 500mHZ, this has to be a a lot lower, correct?

Hey. I absolutely still use my EMS shot. I actually prefer it to the one in the booster pro, mainly because I love using it on my neck and body. If you also have microcurrent already, then you probably could do without the booster Pro.

TJ, did you cut down your skincare regime to add this? I feel that my skincare +2 rounds of conductive gel will make me too oily/wet, im prone to be oily and have breakouts. If i wipe off the conductive gel after, im worried it will strip my skincare off my face. Please, if you (or anyone) has any advice i'd appreciate it, thankyou in advance😊
Hi. I haven't cut back on my skincare topicals, but I do use a little less of each as the booster pro helps with penetration of them. I find the Age R gel is best as an all rounder and it really helps moisturise the skin. 😁
Hello! I was wonder how you clean the device? Just rub off the excess product with a tissue? Or should you use water and soap or alcohol to sanitize it after use?
An alcohol wipe works best :)

I get Botox and occasional fillers. I’ve found information that the booster and shot modes would be ok to use in those areas (not immediately after of course) but can’t seem to find out about the micro current or dermashot modes, any chance you have any info on that? Thank you!!!
Hi. If it's been longer than 14 days since your botox or filler were administered, microcurrent and EMS well have little to no effect on the longevity of either.

The Medicube Booster Pro is far superior in my opinion. I've used both devices, and the lumo, while great as an entry level device, lacks a lot of the power and functions that make the booster pro such an amazing device. 😁

Hey hey. It's totally normal. In fact, the tingling is the frequency getting to work in the skin 😁 you could use any serums you like. Water-based and glycerine-based serums and moisturizer will respond better than oil-bases topicals.
just wondering how to charge this device since the cable i have dosent seem to fit inside the little socket and idk what to do or how to charge it since its already out of charge
I use my Apple charger that I use for all my Apple products. It plugs right in. Doesn't take a lot of time to charge either.
Does the app work outside USA . Does the LED light changes with the mode or it needs to be selected by the app.
It changes with each mode, but can be chosen as well via the app.
Im in canada so I do i set up an alternate account as you sugggested to be able to download app. I'll have it delivered from us to me.
Did you have to pay import duties/tax on your purchase? I’m in the U.K. and want to order but I’m not sure how much the duty/tax is on this item. So want to know if the sale price is final or if you have to pay extra when it is delivered please
Hi. I wasn't charged any import duties, but I think it could be possible. I'm sure some people have said they paid a few, while others haven't. Seems to be hit and miss. Let me check and see what I can find out.

You can do a Google search for how to change the location of your app store. It doesn't take too much time to create a second store login for the US - or if you're android, you can do a quick search for Age-R Medicube Digital Clinic APK download (if you're on android)
Also really afraid of fat loss, does this device have the treatment that could cause gat loss if used incorrectly?
Hi. You won't experience any fat loss with this device. In fact, nearly all home use devices are designed to be safe and should not reach deep enough into the skin to enter the subcutaneous region where the majority of fat is held.
Just got this and realized my products don’t glide so I need the “jelly”. Do you apply the gel every time you switch modes or does the collagen gel stay long enough to use the other modes?
Hi. The Collagen Jelly lasts long enough to do all of the treatments. If it begins to dry, simply spray a little mist of water onto it to reactivate the glide. :)
Would you say that the Pro can do what the Userra can do? First time buying a Medicube (don’t have any) but am trying to decide whether to get the new Pro or get the much loved Userra!
Hi. The only tech that the Pro doesn't have is the USSERA Deep shot (which is essentially HiIFU). For the reason that the Pro has so many different modes, it's probably going to be the better option out of the two. I'm going to be doing a giveaway for a USSERA a bit later in the year, so stay tuned.

Hi. Each of the LED lights work on different things in the skin, such as product absorbtion, elasticity, voluming, healing, etc. (though more research needs to be done into the actual effects of different colours on the skin). The 5 minute shut off is an in built safety function to prevent the machine overheating or causing damage to the skin from overuse of any 1 treatment. Of course, you can just repeat the same treatment immediately after it has ended if you want to. It also helps you plan your routine in nice, optimised timings. ❤️

Do you think airshot could be used on the scalp for hair loss instead of Microneedling, or would it burn the hair?
I personally wouldn't as it frazzles finer hairs, so there's a risk you'd burn off any newly growing hair. I'm going to do a test though and I'll get back to you.

For the microcurrent feature on this Medicube device, has it overtaken the Ziip Halo?
It's good, but the ZIIP Halo is still a little better IMO (just a because of the different waveforms.)

Hi. You absolutely can. I've actually had 50 units injected in my forehead three weeks ago to test this very device over it. I've seen studies that say it has minimal impact on Botox and similar wrinkle relaxers once they've taken effect, but the proof is in the pudding. I'm using the device daily and will keep track of whether the Botox wears off faster than it should or not - which should give a more definitive answer. 😊

Would you buy this instead of the Rio and the other microcurrent device?
Great question. The Rio is by far the beast of facial EMS and is unmatched in its power IMO. However, as I use more than just EMS and Microcurrent, the booster takes place of a fair few of my devices which makes it so invaluable to me. It's probably the best option for most people - butbinwont ever give up my solo devices too as I love creating really personalised routines 😁

Hi. Yes, the tingly electric feeling is the device frequency opening up microchannels in the skin. (But not on all modes) Mainly on level 5 of booster and microcurrent. Totally normal 😁

It would be my request you create a video in the near future addressing all the imagined fears Medicube-haters litter social media with regularly - killing ATP, melting beneficial facial fat and irritating skin. There are even some ugly attacks from rival YT creators and the usual bandwagon Reddit threads.

Exactly! I wonder why Medicube even came up with this, since it covers most of the other devices. I have no idea what to do now. Almost a bit disappointed. I et you people with stop buying the other devices.
I'm personally keeping hold of all of mine. I love having the standalone devices, especially the EMS Derma Shot with the roller head. And I also like the more compact design of the solo devices. Probably not because the de😢vice does not use needles but electro(micro)current mode devices like this one can cause discomfort from mild shocks

You should go lighter with the Botox. The complete lack of movement makes you look older
