Hi everyone - I havent looked back on this video / channel basically since this was posted so I'm amazed to see this kinda has gained some popularity! I hear what you're saying about the end being chopy but unfortunately i'm not sure how I would fix this post-upload, sorry I didnt spot it before. If anyone knows if afetr upload editing is possible please let me know! to make up for it, however, I'm going to look into posting a super-smooth brown noise subliminal in the future so look forward to that :) in the meantime, happy shifting everyone and good luck!
Can we talk about the black screen real quick? There's no glow whatsoever. That's so cool. I thought my phone was off. And even if I adjust the brightness, no glow!
@@Sonder_stoic you can shift just by using ur intention to shift, shifting is a choice and it is becoming aware of your desired reality self, just keep visualizing, believing, and persisting, and then you will shift.
@@Sonder_stoic the main thing is intention, having the intention to shift wherever you want. there are many methods and guided meditations you can use to shift, just search them up. you dont necessarily have to use any methods but some do help. the same goes for subliminals and theta waves. However, theta waves do help put your brain in a state that is best for shifting so i recommend incorporating listening to theta waves as a routine for shifting or shift with them. It up to you. I put this on yesterday while I took a nap. And I had a sleeping mask on and as soon as it came on, the video. It sounded like someone was muffling something near my ear and at the same time. I can’t tell if they were trying to tighten my mask or take it off. Not sure how they’ll tighten my mask but it scared the crap out of me.
