You should get exotek axels but people say they suck . I have seen some weird stuff with them but I have had two sets and the only problem I had was the pin snapping but I fixxed that with a 1.5 mm Allen wrench that was hardend . I cut it up into small peices and used it for the pins and it hasn’t broken yet it the Allen wrenches that have the gold coating on them I think it’s a Harding coat on them . And r-design has a nice two peice wheel for those cars aluminum centers with plastic removable barrels so you can have the same rim with different tires.

There’s a hobby shop that sells the same exact driveshaft you’re talking about. I might try it just to see how it is.
