I heard one of you makes a mean tikka masala. Care to share that recipe? I was in Penang recently. The Indian food there is out of this world, and I am craving some butter tikka.
I could not write out the recipe, really. It's basically just a tikka recipe i found years ago. Now that we have a Super-G mart nearby, i can get the actual spices and that just elevated everything. I want to go to Penang..or anywhere really :) we have not been able to travel for a long time, sadly.

@@WifeyLed Having studied Indian Cuisine for a few years, here is one (of many) recipes - 3oz butter, cup heavy cream, cup 1/2 and 1/2, 1/4 tsp saffron, two 28oz cans tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, 2 1/2 inches GINGER (oh boy), 2 serrano chiles diced, 1 1/2 tsp garam masala, 2 TBS roasted ground cumin, 1 tsp indian red chile, 1 1/2 TBS salt, 5 TBS sugar, 2 TBS dried fenugreek leaves. Turn on slow cooker and add butter. When melted, stir in saffron. Add rest of the ingredients, put lid on and cook on low for 6 hours. When serving, add chopped cilantro.
Please encourage hubby to describe his view of your Saturday. He needs to get over his stage fright. You might have to correct him. Come on hubby!! You can do it!!
I think it's a combination of stage fright and his videos do not do as well unless he talks about some extremely embarrassing things. An academy video will get a few thousand views but his will get 1k or less. it kind of hurts his ego, to be honest. Or he feels like it slows the channel growth down. I keep trying to convince him otherwise. I could order it but i want him to want to do it. It's a work in progress again.

Hubby shouldn't worry about numbers his videos are as important as the others. He is a big part of the whole dynamic you have.
