In my opinion he can play in any league and make a difference for any team.

Guedes is not a dribbler, he's not an artist in the field.. he isn't as smooth on the ball as hazard.. but his pace, shooting and tactical awareness along with his passing and crossing is insane. Plus his work rates are excellent. He will pressure up front for days. He plays on wing but I'd play him as a number 9 he'd fit perfectly there.
