Fort Mill's New Elevated Water Storage Tank

On Saturday January 25, 2020 the tank section of Fort Mill's new elevated water storage system at the end of Bass Street was hoisted to the top of it's supporting structure. Fort Mill's cinematographer Tony McMehan was there to capture the event with a time lapse camera on the ground and a birds eye view with a drone.
The new structure is 180 feet tall and has a storage capacity of one million gallons.
The next phase of the construction process will be to enclose the tank with a top cap.
