People here don't understand, he said "10kg of mass" not "10kg of MUSCLE mass". A lot can be fat or anything, it's not directly all muscle. Eating in such a surplus and training hard can make this possible.
Not saying he's 100% natural, because only he knows, but all of you saying he's on juice are only people who don't understand how the body works. You jump to conclusions too quickly

The best amount of weight to gin on a bulk without gaining that much fat is if u do a 300 or max like 500 calorie surplus u will gain like 1 pound per week not all lean mass so in 12weeks 10kgs that is 25 pounds looking that lean no way is that possible naturally
so no, it was not 10kg of muscle it was 10kg of MASS, he was also coming off a strict prep for show, i do not see why it would not be achievable naturally.

And, a "leaner" massing usually starts at 0.5lbs / 0.2kg a week.

Holy...in my country, this food would cost a huge amount of money monthly.
To be fair in Singapore (where me and him are from), groceries can get quite pricey as well. If anything, Singapore has some of the highest cost of living in the world. That said, depending on what supermarket he goes to the cost can be better managed. The real killer in Singapore is dining out, where a restaurant meal can easily cost anywhere between 15 to 40 dollars. He's probably spending about 25-35 dollars a day with that diet I'm guessing.

he came out of a competition no shit he gains 10kg fast when hes so low on body fat and depleated. Hes set point weight is also way higher then what he weid on comp so when he start eating more foods and alot of carbs he will blow up. It is not 10kg of pure muscle its mostly fat water and carbs. This can 100 procent be natural

For those who are unaware, you CANNOT physically put on 10kg of muscle mass in 12 weeks naturally. No amount of proper nutrients, workouts, or supplements can achieve this.
I agree that he’s being misleading here, but I do think he’s natural. He said he was cutting for a year so as soon as he started eating at a surplus again, that mass comes back on a lot faster, so I think he actually probably just gained around 5 kg compared to his pre-cut weight

He went from a huge cut, tournament standard level body fat percentage. Obv he can gain 10kg in 12 weeks if he hits a bulk right after. Most natural athletes don't put on 10kgs of muscle in their entire fitness journey

dont worry the cholesterol you eat (for ex. eggs) doesnt go in your blood like that. Its more like things you eat cause a rise in blood cholesterol (for ex. sugar). Eating dietary cholesterol is pretty good for your hormonal health btw
