Can someone tell me how i should progress if i can’t do Dips yet? I can do 100 Pushups with good form in 15 minutes right now but barely even 1 good form Dip.
I was only able to do dips after being able to do 200 push ups within 5 minutes.

My bones are so thin like my wrist is only 6 inches and whatever I eat pops up my belly and chest fat,
I really struggle to put on a healthy weight and about gym it's really far from home and school
I can do like proper form. 20 -25 pushups in a row and 2-3 pullups and 2 min deadhang
And abt 100 deep squats a row I shared all this as I really need help from a genuine fellow brother

I have finally gotten a proper gym membership. Starting from next week, I'll be able to start training weights alongside calisthenics as a part of my hybrid routine. I have exceeded 12+ reps on both dips and overhand pullups and now streetlifting awaits me. Wish me luck, brother. 🤞
