He not innocent, it had witnesses and a lot of evidence to convict him and the other two. The problem is there was a slight technical error. That's why they don't want a retrial. If he goes back to trial he'll still get convicted again.

@db6156 it only states that they feel the appeal should stand and that the case should be squashed based on the jury nonsense. That's it. They did nothing much. Nothing solid was said. They just give Jamaica back the case to consider what to do. I hope yall understand that part.

If it goes to retrial they would be eligible for bail squash means no retrial diplomatic freedom.
Where did you get that nonsense from? The conviction was squashed not the charges. The charges still remain thats why it was sent back to the Jamaica courts for the decision to retire or they the Jamaican court can drop the charges. It's up to the applet judge to rule on dropping the charge or retrial.
